Below are some critical reviews about ZT Bike Adult Mountain 21 SpeedBeware, Bicycle sizing is very confusing. I purchased this bike for my wife. Assembled it correctly.The bike is to small. Not a issue I thought, I'll box it back up and return it. Much to my surprise I would have to pay theshipping to return it to the vendor. I Have never returned anything to a vendor before. I have been dealing with Amazon for about 5 years and never had a problem with a return. So I looked into the cost to return the item the least expensive I could find was UPS. From NJ to CA was over $175.00. So needless to say I will try to sell it at my next Garage Sale. 1 Star because it did arrive on time!
What I disliked:The bike is too far between the seat and the hand grips and felt very unsteady. Had to do a lot of pedalling due to the smaller 20 inch tires. Also, the clips to hold the bike folded out did not lay flat and got in the way when riding.The company makes you pay for the return shipping which could run over $100.
No easy to put together correctly, and it really doesn't ride that great. I wish I would have bought something better. Would not recommend or buy again.

Ride very nice shifting is smooth and breaking is easy, Though a front break adjustment was needed it was dragging a bit but still very well made and rides nicely.
- the seat. Front and rear disc brakes make for smooth stopping. Aluminium frame so it is lightweight. Replace the seat with a wider one and you have a great bike.
Ordered this bike it came to my house damaged I dealt with customer service and resolved they shipped me a new bike everything was great
