Below are some critical reviews about Royce Union 21 Speed Mountain AluminumOrdered this bike on 05/13/20 and arrived today. Excitement about new bike lasted a short while. Frame is in good shape and so is the rear tire, that's where it stops!. Bike is missing break pads!!! ( Major safety hazzard). Bike didn't come with a seat post, so definitely can't ride it. Missing the hardware to attach the handlebar stem! Bike wheel has huge scrape. Big disaster. Full Disclosure ----- bought the bike from Amazon Warehouse as "USED-VERY GOOD" condition mentioning only small cosmetic imperfection on top. The pictures clearly show the imperfections which you can live with. Everything else is ridiculous!
Bike looks OK and was well packaged to keep paint from being scratched. Front tire innertube had a puncture hole probably from spoke head. Bike was easy to assemble. It is a present for my wife and she has not ridden it yet, so I cannot vouch for ride-ability yet. I am disappointed about having to replace an innertube before assembly was completed.
The bike with the front wheel and front fork not straight. The company sent replacement parts but they were for the wrong bike. Now have to try to get another part. So frustrating. Would have returned it if it was not outside the return window...

So far I am liking this bike! It is a great value for the price. It was pretty easy for me to assemble myself. I’ve taken it on the dirt trails and city trails.The aqua blue is so pretty, great color. The bike looks great.
This bike is the BEST bike I have ever owned! The seat is very comfortable, the big tires make riding on the street a real joy. I have had many bikes in my lifetime, none have ever felt this perfect ever before! . I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and this bike fit my body perfectly. It’s a FANTASTIC BIKE 🚲 AND NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. 👍👍👍👍👍. GO FOR IT. ASSEMBLY TOOK A LITTLE TIME BUT IT WAS DO ABLE 👍👍👍
Easy to assemble. They had tools in the box. Amazingly easy to put together. I remember as a kid in the 80s getting a bike and my father had parts all over the ground. This was very simple. There were problems getting the seat to stay fixed but that was because I was adjusting the tightness of the seat clap connected to the frame instead of the screws directly under the seat. So no need to get another seat. Otherwise, the bike is fast. Enjoy
