Below are some critical reviews about Outroad Mountain Bicycle Suitable CommutingThe packaging was damaged. The instruction for assembly was not clear and incomplete. The handlebars were crooked. The front derailleur loosened as we tried to shift gear. We paid $69 for shipping and to return it, unlike other Amazon product the seller didn't provided a free shipping. Not a good experience with this seller and with Amazon for advertising this product!!!!!
Everything seemed great after assembling the bike, and I thought it was the best investment I had made, but after the winds died down in Kansas, I took a 5-mile trip. The tires exploded, and the rims were bent. I had to walk back, throwing away the bike—what a waste of money. Next time ill buy local.

These are pretty solid. The snaps adapters are durable too.
The bike was easy to assemble, about 30 minutes. The only issue was that the seat must be designed for a 100 lb teenager. lol I went to a local bicycle shop and purchased a better seat. Now the bike fits perfectly.
The bike is very nice and the delivery was on time. It took me a little bit to put it together (2h), but not a big deal. Thank you to the manufacture and the delivery team.Cheers!
