Below are some critical reviews about Electric Folding Removable Lithium Ion BatteryBike was fun when it worked. The lock mechanism on the battery got stuck and was The bike was unrideable. I Contacted the seller who told me to take it to a bike shop and I had to pay out of pocket. The bike shop could not fix the issue and I had to pay again out of pocket for a locksmith to get the lock fixed. The battery disengages when you go over bumps and lose power. Definitely unsafe when riding my children. The company did not want to allow me to use the warranty. So basically there appears to be no warranty as they will not honor it.
This bike is very fun and peppy. The price is budget. It has basic components that get the job done. They have trouble delivering what they advertise. They List Tektro disk brakes and had a supply issue and threw on some off brand of brakes that have smaller pads. They also advertised the bike has a bell, it did not. I complained to them and they are shipping a bell, and a lock. The brakes they dont seem to want to correct, brakes are very important. So far it has been a good running bike, it is a bit jumpy compared to my other electric bike. They need to sell what they describe in ads. They were very quick to respond on the bell issue, they simply dont want to admit the brakes they subbed were crappy, but they do work. Time will tell if this bike will hold up. It is a good looking bike that turns heads.

The packing of this ebike was phenomenal, it was enclosed in a plastic bag inside the box, and then blown in styrofoam all around the bike to keep it from moving inside the box during shipment. All the important parts including most of the frame, were wrapped in styrofoam sheets, also. After unpacking, assembly is simple. A couple of wrenches are provided; the 4 mm (aluminum?) Allen wrench broke while trying to loosen the bolts for the rear seat pedals, but I had another, so not a big deal, for me. Check the air in the tires before trying to ride it. Both mine were low, but just a matter of adding air. I charged it up and took it for just a short spin, and the power is rather impressive. I ordered the 750W model. The manual says is has 3 assist levels, but my bike had 5 levels of assist, accessed with the +/- buttons on the control. There are adjustable settings to go up to 9 levels of assist, I believe. I now have it set on seven. This allows for more flexibility while riding.When starting to pedal, be ready for the surge of power from the motor. Something that you'll get accustomed to quickly though. The paint and size of the bike are both impressive; I got the red/orange model and it looks fantastic, much better in person.The brakes were already adjusted, the bike shifts like it's supposed to....someone has done their homework and making it a very easy assembly process. Even the pedals were already installed on the bike, and just had to be unfolded.Edit: I now have 700 miles on the bike, and no issues so far.
I did a ton of research trying to find the best E-Bike on the market without paying an absurd amount. I am 100% pleased with this purchase. Delivery was quick, great packaging, and the product is amazing. Heavy duty material, and easy installation! I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone in the market for an E bike. So far my top speed I've reached is 29 MPH, the ride is smooth and comfortable. I purchased some upgrades like a phone holder and saddle bag for the back. Overall great purchase/experience!
Overall I'm happy with this product, but I'm upset as some false advertising and Amazon failing to communicate return policy regarding this product before I purchased. I would not have purchased from Amazon if I knew the bike was unreturnable.Pros:- Many features, especially for the price.- Bike recharges while riding downhill- Very stable ride- Throttle makes starting your ride a breeze- Hills aren't a bother anymore- Rear bike seat easily holds a passenger or cargo (with bags)Cons:- Ride position is more like a cruiser than a mountain bike (some might consider this a pro)- Pedals are high off the ground so I have to raise the seat extra high to get good leg extension while pedaling. This makes it a little difficult to mount the bike. The throttle helps negate this a little.- Included seat is very uncomfortable ($30 replacement takes care of that)**- Advertised as having Tektro brakes, but a smaller, inferior Winzip brake system was substituted. They feel cheap, don't brake smoothly, are noisier, and lack the safety features the Tektro brakes have (and I know because a family member has the Tektro brakes on the same bike and they feel amazing in contrast).******- Amazon refused to accept a return even though it was within the return window and Amazon said nothing about the bike being unreturnable before I purchased.****
