Below are some critical reviews about X Go Protection Electric Bicycles 5pinOK battery, with charger, but installation on a doner bike is a hot mess. No clamps or decent mounts to the frame, two trips to the hardware store for bolts and washers and a rear bike rack, plus lots monkey rigging, got the thing in place, but it was a creative venture.The support people were certainly nice but pretty much don't speak English and they had little to offer..This battery desperately needs universal mounting brackets of some kind. JDA
This order was cancelled and somewhere there was a second order that we didn't know about not want your company and Amazon have lied cheated and wasted my time I would never order from your company again
Battery says free return im being told i have to pay to send it back that's False Advertisement.

It's always hard to rate a product that's supposed to last many years after just a few days, so take this review for what it is (a review after only a handful of uses), but the battery is working great; couldn't be happier. Originally the battery shipped without a charger, but xgo corrected the issue right away, sent a charger. Once I had the charger the install was straight forward and the battery has been working great.I have a 9 mile round trip with my bike, where I climb about 200-300 feet on the way home (the way in is downhill). I would say I use my battery for about 50% of the 9 miles. There has been no loss of charge/power over that distance, the battery has come back from my commute stating full charge. So far, it seems to be working great.
Service was great. Battery arrived soon then planned. There was no charger but received an E-mail telling me it shipped separately. Charger arrived the following day. Battery seems to be a good battery. So much better for going up a hill than peddling. Only had a short time but so far so far happy with the product.
I purchased this when my e-bike's main charger went bad. Mainly so I would have a backup. I have used it quite a bit and kept the replacement charger for backup. I like how it stops delivering power once the battery is fully charged. And yes, I would recommend this to a friend who had a 48 volt battery that needed to be charged.
