Then the support team says i need to send them a photo of the problem, so far that is all the help I’ve gotten. Next time I will go to a Real bike shop to get one or anything else I need for it!

UPDATE: I'm going to keep this at 4/5 stars because even though I fixed the seat swivel problem (the post has to be fully to the end of the seat bracket, right below the "v"), the seat is now squeaking. I get that I'm a big girl (210 or so), but I wouldn't have thought after a couple of weeks it would squeak. I have taken it on several road tests and it rides easily, and it's really fun. I had a crappy bike I got rid of because it was so hard to ride, but this one is amazing.I'm only giving this four stars because I haven't given it a proper road test yet. But I received it today and assembled it right away. I had a tiny bit of trouble tightening the bolts (I have weakness in my hands, so to be expected), but otherwise okay. I'm a 45 year old woman, with a decent amount of mechanical knowledge, and it was a snap to put together. Instructions were easy to follow. It comes with all the tools you need. One issue is the leather on the handle is dented, which is annoying and not too pretty. The other is the seat slides back and forth. I greased it, tightened the bolts, etc. I might have to get a bike shop to help me tune it. It rides easy, and the lavender color is reminiscent of the bike I had when I was 10 (good ol' 1986). This is a good thing. I'll update this review when I take it on a more lengthy road test, not just to the end of my driveway and back.
I ordered the single-speed women's cruiser in lilac ginger. It arrived in about a week (shipped from LA) and more assembled than I thought it was going to be. I was able to assemble on my own in about 35 minutes (as a cruiser - the assembly instructions were much simpler than the multi-speed bikes). It is a beautiful bike, and I am very excited to ride it when the weather improves.
