Below are some critical reviews about ANCHEER Electric Mountain Lithium Ion SuspensionDo not .. I stress do not buy this bicycle .. I’ve had mine 2 months .. since day one I haven’t gotten more then 12-15 miles out of a battery charge and that’s using peddle assist . The battery case broke second week .. and today was the final straw .. 6.8 miles out of a battery charge .. no warning .. had three led light battery indicator .. then poof ! Bike shut down . I had the Ancheer 16” folding e bike for 6 months before the power cable to the Motor sheered off in a freak accident ( I loved that bike ) I got 32 miles out of it on a charge and put 3200 miles plus on it .. I’m ready to toss this over priced POS and call it a loss . But since I paid alor for it .. and I still haven’t gotten my money’s worth yet ( I use it to commute to and from work ) I now need to buy a new battery for $250 .. save yourself the trouble and look into better options then Ancheer .. this bicycle is a total let down
Time will tell, but the bike works fine so far.However, I took two stars away. One, instructions. They're horrible, with tiny pics and almost zero instructions. No instructions on how to install fenders, reflector and light except for two tiny pics that basically show nothing. If you're going to sell what I consider a fairly expensive bicycle, spend a few dollars on a tech writer to put together a decent manual. Most of what I eventually figured out came out of youtube videos, which is just not right.Two, nonexistent customer support. I couldn't figure out how to make the bike fold (which is essential to me) and sent an enquiry to the seller. Nothing, nada. They were supposed to write back within 48 hours. I finally found a youtube video that showed the trick (after rotating the lever, you must pull it also to release the hinge). Luckily for them, or I would have initiated a return which would have cost everyone involved time and money.In the future, if something breaks, I have no confidence the manufacturer will stand behind their product. So, time will tell. I will update my review if something like that happens.So, buyer beware.
Terrible product and customer support highly not recommend this product or this seller. Got product and charged battery full but battery is defective. Contacted seller very slow response to none. Did repairs and got parts myself.

Ok, I looked for the right bike for months and ended up getting this one. I love it now but I had to make some adjustments. First, this is the worst bike seat that I have ever experienced. It tilts upward into your pelvic bone making you feel both violated and bruised after every bump in the road. I ended up replacing the seat after two rides. Second, this bike will not propel you on its own, you need to do some pedaling, even if it is light. The motor disengages if you do not pedal. This isn't a big deal, just know that this is not a true electric moped. Third, it is pretty hard to find a basket for this bike. You can't really attach one to the front (the bag you see is where the battery is stored) so you have to do diligent measuring to get one for the back. Lastly, I recommend that you add some accessories to make this bike usable beyond just riding around your neighborhood. If you want to use this for any kind of commute you will want to get a flexible rea-view mirror, a rear light, and something to hold your stuff. Also, make sure that you have a medium-wide water bottle because regular bottles will fly out of the holder.
BETTER THAN SLICED BREAD, THE WHEEL, INTERNET AND CELL PHONES. Got my wife's bike today--OMG. Only took less than an hour and away I went to make sure it worked well and to see what an Ebike is like and all about and I AM SOLD. With my bum knee having osteoarthritis, it's hard for me to bike over 30 minutes on my Trek but with this, hell I could go for miles. Just a lovely bike and everything was perfectly adjusted right out of the box.I will now have to order mine because I AM SOLD on this Ebike. Why pay $1000's for one when this is all one needs. Will be ordering my black one today. Thanks Ancheer for making an Ebike most of us can afford.
Wow. Just wow. I'm 65+ male. Love to cycle in NW Arkansas on the 10' wide ADA trails here (not the dirt trails). Have done the 35+ mile Razorback Greenway several times on convential bike, but the many hills were getting tougher. So I ordered this. Arrived several days ahead of schedule. Was able to assemble in about an hour and a half, no big issues. Instructions said to charge battery 4-6 hours. Battery instructions said 24 hours. I did about 6. Took it on a 5 mile ride, including 2 very steep inclines. Peddling was effortless on level and downhills, because the electric assist took over almost completely. Level 1, 2, or 3 didn't seem to matter much. It clearly worked harder on the two inclines, but pulled like a champ. The second one I had not been able to do on a conventional bike in several years, but did it with this bike without breaking a sweat. After the ride, battery had declined from 5 (full charge) to 2. Between the short charge time and the two inclines, I wasn't surprised. Bottom line: off to a great start! Now we'll see how it holds up over time!
