Below are some critical reviews about Electric Folding Removable Lithium Ion BatteryLove the bike in the two days I’ve had it but one of the pedals and part of the bike were covered in a foam spray that doesn’t come off. The CB implant solution is to go buy some carburetor cleaner and spay it on and try to clean it off. All I asked for was a new bike pedal to replace the damaged one in a $1200 bike. Really bad customer service so far.
Overall the bike appears to be good however the small parts of the bike are cheap and can break easily (ex. Brake handle). My break handle broke where they are connected to the brake cable after 3 months. I tried contacting the seller but the seller was not responsive. Once the seller was in communication with me they ended up charging me for new brake handles which I was not too happy with. I had no choice because without the proper (original) break handle the bike will not work (original handle is designed to connect to a sensor on the break to turn on the motor). After paying for the new break handles, they never arrive. My bike is current not working. Bad Chinese product and horrible customer.
