Below are some critical reviews about BRIGHT GG Electric Lithium BatteryI think this bike for the price is OK. But they advertised with a basket and a locking cable on the promo photo. They did not include them and by the review of others, they are also missing them. Now I need to buy them somewhere again. Also the assembling instruction is only in writing, without any guiding illustration.
this is the second bike 22 inch they have sent me and neither one worked the battery is great the bikes will not turn on i have a 26 inch that performs great no problem however the 22 inch stinks. i have a bike to ride but my wife has nothing even on the second bike i am not pleased with this situation at all.something needs to be done ASAP my wife needs a bike i guess this is what i get for purchasing something from chinajohn
I have had this bike for over two weeks and haven't been able to use it once. The instructions are the worst I have ever seen in something you need to put together. I dismantled the front brake to put on front tire. I did this with much difficulty only to find that the bike arrived with the handle bars on backwards. My frustration level at that point was so high. I had to take the whole thing apart again, reinstall the handle bars and then the front wheel again. I have been totally unable to reinstall the front brakes. I was going to bring it to a local bike shop today to have them fix this problem. I brought the bike inside last night and had it charging all night. I just tried to turn the bike on and NOTHING. I didn't mess with any wiring so I have no idea why the bike won't turn on. At this point, I am just going to return it and cut my losses. I was so excited about having this bike and now I am so disappointed.

Bikes are always too tall for my comfort. I am 5’ 3”. This is perfect and very comfortable. My favorite feature is pedaling and the battery assist, it has the most efficiency and gives the rider a thrill. The horn comes in handy too. It was difficult to put the bike together but I’m not very handy. If you don’t think you’re handy get help for putting the bike together. The helmet, gloves and lock come separately. I’m glad I got the warranty because my charger had a short in it and they sent me an email today saying they are sending me a new one. The other day I rode a bike trail that I take to get in different places throughout my town. It’s 10 miles and normally takes me 1.5-2 hours but took me less than 45 minutes on my ebike and I still got a workout because I pedaled the whole time. After the 10 mile trip my battery was still at full as well.
Love this bike. At 22 inches, it is just the right size for a 5'3" woman. It is easy to operate and fun to ride. I use the mode where you can pedal yourself and use the throttle for hills. Perfect for a 61 year old woman.
Bike is great, but be aware that it took 10 days after bike arrived for the basket and lock to arrive separately. The tube on back tire blew at recommend 45 psi and it’s a pain to take off rear wheel and change tube. Bike has amazing battery life and super fast speed. My wife wanted a more comfortable wide seat and you need a 27.2mm post for it and that was $48.25 total for both.Happy wife, happy life.😅
