Below are some critical reviews about Vivi Electric Mountain Bicycle RemovableCan't seem to get the motor to start I have the key in and turned and the red switch at the top of battery pack is on what am I missing or doing wrong???
First off I give this bike a 3-star rating not to put it down or anything but it's pretty heavy, the seat needs to be replaced because it's very hard, the rear fender is a piece of junk and I'm 5'8" and there is no clearance between the bar and my crotch when my feet are on the ground and it says for a 26-in you should be able to do that. I have had to adjust the brakes to be a little bit more aggressive then what the factory had them set at but that's not a big deal but they squeal really loud when they are dusty. I just hope I can find parts like spare tires inner tubes brake discs brake pads things like this that are going to wear out.

My bike came & it was wonderful the only thing was the seat was horrible so I bought another & changed my handlebars they were to low for me but overall it’s 10!!!!
I got to say thank you to VIVI for thos affordable ebike. I've been wanting to get one for quite some time but couldn't find one that was all season and affordable and not overly heavy. Thank you all at VIVI for the wonderful bike
