Below are some critical reviews about Mountain Drivetrain Aluminum Disc Brake 6 SpokesThe box from Amazon has the manufacturer box inside. That second box was not completely sealed. Inside the box of parts for assembly was broken and parts were scattered. I put the bike together (for my son's birthday) but was missing the front quick release axle and the hardware to attach the front fender. I called 3x the phone number given in the booklet and left messages, but no response. Today I emailed the product support listed on the Amazon order page and hope to hear back. Thankfully I used an axle from another bike. The new bike rides well and the brakes and gears are well adjusted. No complaints about that. We like the bike and hope the manufacturer will replace the missing parts. I will update this when that happens.It turns out that this is an Amazon issue and not a problem from the manufacturer. I had purchased a "used bike" from Amazon Warehouse, thus the parts were probably missing from when it was returned to Amazon. Amazon gave me $35 off the original price, so I just replaced the missing axle myself.
Good thing I had all the tools and knowledge to correct all the issues:1- Front brakes would not reset its position. I had to take them apart and reset the spring.2- The gear mechanism was bent and not calibrated correctly. I had do spent good amount of time adjusting to make sure all gear work properly3- Front wheel was not straight. I Had to use the spoke aligning tool to near perfect alignment.With all that sweat and effort, my 8 year old girl loves everything about this bike.
Cheapest bike - Tire has indication of max 65psi , after filling to 60 psi, tire exploded and damaged my ear.. and my hearing

Right out of box the derailleur hanger was bent and shifts off gear. Had to straighten hanger on frame and readjust shifter. Fork was over tighten. Causing turning to be stiff. Pretty much everything was over tighten. Also I feel that I got a returned item because the front cable had a few spots in the cable that looks like someone have made a few adjustments. If you know how to work on bikes then you can make it work. Otherwise could be a nightmare.
