the company was not able to explain why an add which stated full suspensionclearly is not.My thoughts are this not a direct sale. The contacts that were listed could not be reached from the owners manual Wanted to buy parts if needed .no place to contact .I'm guessing the original bike sold out The marketing end failed on their endSame posting is also in the reviews where to buy parts !!!!!
Arrived with brake calipers bent. Within 3 months the break handle broke, tires are bent and we are in the market for a new bike for my son. Don’t waste your money. Terrible waste of money!

We bought a so cool bike for my son as a Christmas gift. He absolutely loves it!! My husband said it was really easy to assemble. We did have a problem with a brake handle braking off, but customer service replied very quickly. They told me what I needed to do and we worked together to get it fixed. I would highly recommend this company.
It is good till now. Looks very nice. Easy installation.
Do not buy this bike this bike is a ripoff of everything it has a cheap ALUMINUM frame and they claim it's steel but it isn't we took the bike to the shop and they said I was unfixable because the wheel was rubbing against the frame and because the frame is cheap aluminum and it is not safe the weakest part in the bike is the fork and we tried to get our money back and all they did was try to offer us a water bottle holder and a light and they where trying to bribe us and they made a comment to us in a sarcastic way going like (only to check the bike just to take off the back wheel and put it back on and not do anything for 32$ 😂) and he did fix it be adjusted the year fixed the brakes and the seller wasbeing very rude toK would like to add a little to the review, I am the grandmother and. All that Gage said is true,however, he has extreme panic disorders and at times his anxiety gets the best of him. In this case we chose to forgo the rest of the bike issues. Gate's mental health is far more important!I would also like to add that the Customer service we received through hellen and Linda was most excellent and greatly appreciated We shop all the time at amazon and we will not Stop Shopping near nowThank you Susan NMy grandson Gage wrote this review
