We bought 2 for our daughters birthday. The bikes look amazing and look like very nice quality. They were so excited and loved them until one bike decided to be a dud.. she is currently upset that she can’t ride her birthday present that she just received yesterday. No wreck or any damage done before. She was riding and the bike just went “kaplunk” as she would describe. Hopefully the company will make this right before a camping trip we have planned. 😢
Just got bike & like it.However, uncertain about Customer Service as we sent them an email regarding a "damaged part" and we haven't received a reply and it has been almost a week.It has been 2 weeks now & NO customer service.!!Would not purchase from them-

This is an adult-sized, 26-inch electric bicycle. The bike itself is amazing, however we will be spending money on better tires because the local roads are a little bit off-road quality and basic tired wouldn't last us very long.The bike's assembly proved to be the most difficult for us because there were no instructions included, so we had to figure it out on our own. Luckily, putting it together and starting to ride didn't take too much effort. Most individuals would be able to utilize this bike because it can support up to 300 pounds.For my adult son who enjoys visiting the nearby nature preserve, I bought this. He can easily ride the electric bike there since we only have one vehicle, and it also seems to move fairly quickly. He can enjoy riding his bike and make a day of it because the park is around ten miles in area.There are two color options: all-black or a black and white combo. The black and white combination is what we went with, but both are beautiful. Although a key is necessary for this bike, it is provided.I appreciate that the battery is detachable so that it can be taken out and charged. You may go far in complete confidence because the battery is safeguarded from theft and harm by the removable design.The bike is simple to ride, has an adjustable seat, and enables you to leave the house and absorb some vitamin D from the sun. You can't go wrong with this bike.
Love it love it love it. This is a life changer for me. My back went out 7 years ago and I’ve not been able to walk other than to and from the car to my house and very short distances. Needless to say I put on a bunch of weight got depressed and thought I would die in my chair. Thank goodness these are inexpensive. I went on a 6 mile ride yesterday and had no issue other than the seat. It is very unforgiving. So I popped another seat on and this bike is perfect!!!
Fast delivery. Almost completely put together in box. The directions for installing the handlebar and front tire are lacking in detail. Watch the install videos that the company made - they are a part of the Amazon product page.The ride is fun and smooth. The seat in comfortable. Very easy to use e-bike. Great for first time e-bike user.
