The bike was very frustrating to assemble. Yes, a tool was included. The tool is inadequate for the job. You will need to perform tasks with the tool that the length is too short to accomplish. The tool is so poor quality that it is worn out. Surely there is video instructions right? Not that I can find.No instructions on using the included pump. if you are not experienced with pumping bike tires -- DO NOT USE the included pump. It's more likely that you will let all the air out of your tires. I'm amazed they were willing to put their name on the included pump.Vendors wake up! WRITE GOOD INSTRUCTIONS!!! Take PICTURES that people can SEE! Oh my gosh! It isn't rocket science!! If I finish assembling your product WISHING I hadn't bought -- you failed. I will not spend more money with this company.Buyer beware! You will probably get very frustrated assembling this bike.

The Hitway ebike holds up to the standards of the company. I got an ebike that I can use for primary transportation when I need to get to points A to B etc., faster than a regular bike. This ebike is fast, robust, steady/smooth, has a sleek, robust design, and generally has good performance. But it's a little heavy when picking it up, which isn't a problem for me.Regarding the speed of the Hitway ebike, it has 3 level pedal that assists each of them constantly and applies the speed accordingly to the level. While starting, I noticed it has strong take-off, which can be great, especially up hills, but caution is advised. The take-off power can be changed through parameter settings. The Hitway ebike feels powerful and easy to handle once I get used to it.It's a powerful ebike; when riding it at first, I had to learn how to control it better, but afterward, I notice it rides smoothly, and when it rides over bumps, rocks, potholes, etc., I can barely notice them because of the tire which is a plus.Overall Hitway ebike holds up to its promise; it's beautiful, modern, sleek, calm, reliable, and powerful looking to ride around with, giving you confidence as the rider. Also wanted to add is the customer service is excellent. The seller responds reasonably, like in a day or so. They are engaging, intuitive, and provide detailed answers. This ensures they are there to help you with your needs, which makes this transaction even better and a plus.
This is the first electric bike our family has owned and we have been impressed. Several neighbors and friends raves about them.I selected this brand due to the features and price point and have not been disappointed.Assembly was fairly easy. We charge the battery on the counter but will likely create an area in the garage.It's nice that is can be used at various speeds while pedaling. I like having the option to have assistance when pedaling far distances. We also own an electric scooter and I'm more prone to use this so I am actually getting the benefits of exercising!The gears and monitor is pretty self explanatory, which is nice as some other brands seemed complex.Overall great bike at a reasonable cost!
