Below are some critical reviews about HAPPYRUN Electric Removable Mountain ThrottleUpdate... front wheel came off mid ride despite proper installation. Broken finger, gnarly scrapes, and a point a work to show for it... Bike is sleek and fast but it's lack of of a fully electric function has led to a daily close call crossing busy streets. I hope that it isn't the death of me but so far I'm skeptical. It does function well and if you can make your peace with having to pedal first it's worth a look. If you ride daily you will replace brakes monthly. Invest in a portable battery powered pump as well.

I have to say a very nice little bike, Forget about THE Mountain bike... no way. Very bumpy and unconfortable on pepple roads and bumps..... Nice to ride it on flat paived roads. good speed and good lasting battery. Its really nice if you have lots of paived roads ....Seat could be a little more comfortable.suspension could be better.....Overall not bad at all
My hubby gets compliments on his bike wherever he goes. He loves it! it's his commuter bike to work to an area with no bike path, and we have some steep hills, damaged roads from potholes and tree roots, etc. He has no problems with getting there with this bike, it's made his commute easier, safe, and no more bus rides for him.Great bike, speed is excellent, silent, comfy ride, super sturdy, very easy to put together. EXCELLENT customer service! They have responded extremely quickly to our questions and concerns. We are so happy with product function, aesthetic and companies assistance. I highly recommend this item. Just FYI, since it is designed as a sturdy product, it's heavy. If you need to take this up/down stairs, keep in mind you will need to do a bit of a work out; it's 70pounds. If you never need to lift this bike or if you have an elevator, you need to own this bike. We go around UC San Diego with this and around La Jolla, all the way down the coast. It's awesome! If you are looking for an electric fat tire bike that looks less like a bike and more like a sleek dirtbike, you found it!
