Reviews

Below are some critical reviews about Eurobike Mountain 3 Spoke Aluminum Blackgreen

I've owned this bike for a few months. Initially when I received it the front rim was bent beyond the ability to use it. I will say within minutes of contacting the company, they had a new wheel shipped (from China) the same day. The shipping did take a few weeks however that was in the heat of COVID and across countries so it was understandable in taking so long. The bike is good, the frame is definitely heavy however I'm hoping that is adding to the sturdiness of the bike as a whole. I had to do some tweaking to the brakes and such but I do understand things jostle during shipping and may be loosened.I do like this bike for what I paid for it, I feel like it's worth the cost especially when bikes are really hard during the pandemic. My suggestion if you get one, when you receive it just take it to a local bike store and have them do a tune up to make sure it's safe for riding as shipping from Canada (where mine originally came from) may negatively impact components.

This bike is dangerous! The bolts on the disc brakes, sheer off. The solid wheels look great, but or not true they wobble very bad.

When I received my Eorobike bike, I had a professional bike shop assemble my bike to be safe. The rear wheel was bent a bit, so the rear wheel has a wobble. Ride 1- I had the rear derailer break & had to replace the rear derailer. Ride 2- the rear tire blew out so I had to buy a real good set of new tires (Maxxis Minions DHF/DHR). The rear wheel is bent so it rubs on the metal frame & wobbles when riding, so I requested a new wheel to be sent. Very cheap made bike & Eurobike won't give me a replacement wheel. 12 days ago they said they would ship the part but nothing has happened, only excuses. I have text messaged them several times regarding the damage to my bike. They assure me that I'll get new parts, but almost 2 weeks have past & no shipping of parts. I would like to ride the bike I paid for. Beware- rip off, cheap, & if there are problems they won't make it right.

I very much like the bike. Assembly instruction were not very good, but I figured it out. I found handle grips were slipping off on first ride. I replaced with locking grips. Different pedals are next on my list of modifications. Other than grips and pedals, very pleased.

I’ve rode $2,000 bikes and piece of crap huffy’s. This bike is like the Rolls-Royce of huffy‘s. It’s a fantastic bike for the price and does great on the trails. I am 6 foot tall 225 pounds, it handles my frame just fine. Don’t forget there is a break-in period with every bike, cables will stretch a little bit and kinks will get worked out. The bike was easy to assemble if you know what you’re doing. You may have to buy quick release if you’re into that sort of thing (it does not have quick release wheels). I’m having tons of fun with this bike without breaking the bank. If you’ve ridden high-end bikes before, this bike would be considered a little bit heavy. If you’ve never ridden a high-end bike you won’t know the difference. One big CON to consider: straight from the manufacturer some idiot did not thread at least seven of the Allen screws correctly into my bicycle. I did not have a tough time fixing it, however it seems kind of a basic premise that you get the threading of the screws correct. Two of the handlebar screws, one of the water bottles screws, one of the rear rack screws etc. were threaded poorly and could’ve caused me to return the whole bike. Just seems kind of dumb to me. 4 stars because the price point is good, the bike is solid and I only had to tweak a few things.

This is a really cool bike. I'm 6'4" and it fits me well. I just wish the handlebars could be adjusted a bit higher. Also, the seat is too narrow for me, so I replaced that right away.Out of the box, I couldn't get the front shifter to click into 3. I adjusted the front derailleur and eventually got it working. On my third bike ride, the front shifter just stopped working entirely (stuck in 1). I took it apart and found that a metal pawl was installed backwards. With the shifter back together and the front derailleur tuned again, it works well enough, but it will need more adjusting. I think part of the issue may be (I'm purely speculating) that the bike sat in the box for a while before being shipped causing the grease to lose viability. Some WD-40 and fresh grease may be needed to get everything functioning proper. The other issue I found was that the right pedal clicked at the top of each rotation when I put my weight on it. That went away on its own.Otherwise, I find it easy to ride uphill and even easier to ride downhill. I'd recommend it to anyone that doesn't mind tuning their bike or spending to get it tuned.
