Looked like a forklift punctured the box, it bent the crank sprocket and it has to replaced. I emailed seller and they said they would contact the manufacturer but I never heard anything back. I bought the bike for $330 and spent another $100 to make it work(bent rim- misaligned brake and bent sprocket + labor). Also the seat is fixed so it smashes your private areas as you ride, that will be the next fix. I would not recommend this bike to anyone
