Below are some critical reviews about Electric Removable Lithium Ion Full Suspension White EmtbThe process for receiving the bike left much to be desired, however, I am pleased with the bike overall. Couple things to note:1. Shipping took just under a month. The first bike was lost in shipment, and it took quite a bit of time to connect with the seller and have a replacement sent out. Fair warning: the seller takes quite a few holidays which will delay your service. This could have been unlucky timing on my part, but there were at least 4 week days during our interactions that I could not reach the seller because they were out of the office. On a positive note: I did receive a bike, and the seller was polite and receptive to my requests for specific shipping arrangements for the replacement bike.2. The bike comes with Chaoyang bike tires, not Jack Rabbit (as pictured). I am happy with the tire quality, but this was different than advertised. The red seat against the blue bike is also quite an eye-sore in my opinion. Will be replacing the bike seat in the future.3. Size: I am 5'6" and have to bottom out the bike seat in order to sit comfortably but the overall smaller frame is ideal for me. My partner is 5'11" and the bike is too small for them. Just some points of reference.4. Ride quality is good. Not great. The bike is very heavy (as stated in description) which does affect the ride. The folding option is very useful and I can fold and unfold the bike on my own with ease.5. Battery life: The pedal assist really struggles with larger hills, and I believe the times listed for battery life are based on paved, flat roads. On a hilly dirt trail I got only about 12 miles with the pedal assist on low/medium mode. If your plan is commuting around town, this bike probably would be great. The charging time is accurate.6. Assembly: A 2 person job in my opinion. The major assembly parts (attaching handlebars/front tire) were simple enough, even for a not mechanically minded person as myself, but I strongly suggest having someone assist you with fine tuning such as the seat position and handlebar position. The instruction manual left a lot to be desired and I had to make quite a few inferences about how to assemble most parts of the bike. A quick youtube search offered enough help to fill in the gaps though.Overall, I am happy with my choice in bike, but if given a choice, I would personally not shop through this seller again.
Bike has issues going 10 miles using pedal assist without needing recharging and is listed as going up to 50 miles. It appears the supplied battery is weak or not capable of getting the distance stated in their advertisement.
Can’t get the charging bag to stay put. No matter how tight you tighten it, as soon as you hit a very light bump it flips around and or falls off. Any ideas to fix it

This bike has excellent value and good quality. It has adequate range for 20-40minute workouts on hilly roads by this older adult. The pedal assist and throttle are a joy to use and along with judicious shifting, the ride up steep slopes are comfortable. The steel frame makes it a bit heavy but sturdy. It can fold comfortably in the back of most vehicles.Packing: Cardboard box held up well to shipping but had one small hole and small tears. All the contents were well protected.Assembly: Using both the paper manual and the online assembly video, assembly took several hours with no issues. Supplied tools were adequate but some steps needed two allan keys or wrenches. Most of the time was spent tightening and inspecting. Front wheel bearing was a bit stiff and needed oiling. The chain at pedal hub needed to be pulled onto pedal sprocket. Front Brake lever had too little play resulting in grabbiness; needed to increase cable length slightly.Charging: Initial charging took about three hours. The 48V battery pack consists of 13x3 2600mAh 18650 LiPO cells in a sealed plastic box. There is a small power switch on the cable end which needs to be turned on to provide power. Electrical data from DVM and power meter checks infer that an industry standard BMS (Battery Management System) is probably integrated in the pack. This is required to maintain cell balancing, protect the battery, and optimize charging. Charge time consists of two parts. First half is in 'Constant Current' mode where the charge LED is RED. When the LED becomes GREEN, the battery is near full charge. The 2nd part of the charge cycle is probably the 'Cell Balancing' and 'Constant Voltage' Charging which is ensures full capacity and long life. The manual recommends charging for 4 to 6 hours (well past the switch from RED to GREEN).Road Performance and Ride: The only ride complaint about the bike as shipped is that the seat is uncomfortable. Amazon's recommended 'Giddy Up' seat option is much better. A power meter was plugged in between the battery connector and power cable to monitor Electrical performance while riding. A 20 minute 3 mile ride up and down a hilly route (2.3% average grade) showed that the bike provided comfortable uphills with pedal assist and gear shifting. Bike was stable and comfortable at 35mph downhill coasts. Peak power consumption was 750 watts and the ride used about 20% of the battery capacity (1.5 Ahr). The estimated range is about 15 to 20 miles on hilly terrain depending on the power setting used. The manual recommends limiting the battery use to 30-50% levels (2 of 5 Bars Left) for optimum battery pack life.Maintenance: I would add bike chain dry lubricant to the chain. The manual recommends oiling the moving parts periodically. Check all the bolts and screws for tightness during the first few rides.25 Ride/125mile Update: The bicycle performed well for 25 4-6mile rides on hilly roads.-Battery/Charging: Charging generally took about 1hr to 'Green Light' but full battery voltage took at least another 2-3 hours. Charging to 24 hours did not cause any harm (smart charger kept battery charged at maximum with Float Voltage of about 4.2V/Cell.-For riders taller than 5foot 9inches, one needs a longer seat post.-In 'Low' pedal assist mode, the bike gives you a good workout on a hilly 5 mile course. In 'High' mode, you can power through the course with less effort and higher speed.
Only one down fall with the bike and that is the battery pack. Such a poorly thought out design to have it rest in a bag and Velcro around the bike frame right above front tire. One good bump and it falls. Battery keeps a charge and it is a nice ride.
It should be a good commuter bike for most weather conditions. It handles steep grades with easy operation.
