I bought the 48 volt battery to attach to my e bike converter kit which is also 48 volt whe it arrived the battery said 48 volt but it was very small but I still gave it a try and when I rode the bike it was very slow my neighbor bought the same kit but a different battery and his is going at the speed it is supposed to go at. very disappointing do not buy

This battery Works well with Bafang 48V 750W BBS02 Mid Drive motor.I mounted the battery vertically on the seat post because it allows me to use the battery case to hide some of the extra cables and was the best orientation for me for cable management purposes.I use with pedal assist only (no throttle). My eBike weighs 38 lbs and I weigh 175 lbs (total 213 lbs or ~97 kg) and is configured with a 52T front chainring. I spend most of my time riding on the 13T cog on the rear cassette.Riding on pedal assist 3 to pedal assist 5 (highest) I average about 26 mph and this battery is good for about 15 miles. It easily gets me up a 1.5 mile, 7% climb in about 5 - 6 minutes (17 mph).My commute is 10 miles each way and relatively flat and I have to pedal intermittently without the motor to recharge the battery for the last 5 miles of my ride.If you are using with a motor that has less draw (250W - 500W) and your bike + rider weight is between 200 - 250 lbs you should easily be able to get 25 to 30 miles with pedal assist. I wouldn't expect more than 15 to 20 miles on throttle only. That being said I haven't tested it in these conditions so they are only my best guess based on my experience.
Pleasantly surprised by the size. 5 stars. I received the 48V 10Ah battery with the pouch at 9.5" x 4.5" x 3.25", which is quite different than the 14.5" x 4.5" x 3.5" bag shown on the Amazon drawing. You save about 4lbs by not having a hard shell and mount. I paired this with a Tongsheng TSDZ2b motor, and had a net weight increase of only 10lbs (also removed kickstand, front derailleur, and rear rack), for a 38lb torque sensing easy rider, ebike. I also noted the spark on connecting the XT connector. I was planning to use a sparkless XT90 connector (that has a recharge resister built in, that connects before completely pushing it in), but have since decided keep the XT60 connector, and leave it plugged in, as the current draw from the bike's display controller is very low when not active (will check battery level periodically to confirm).
Great value for the money and durable outer case! Extremely easy no-tool mounting that doesn't budge while under use! Only 12lbs on the 52v 20ah battery, and the capacity, voltage, and current draw are as advertised! Great seller! They were very courteous and provided punctual delivery! I'm very satisfied with this purchase!
