Below are some positive reviews about YYG Electric Commuter Absorber MotorcycleThe YYG BR100 is a hybrid electric motorcycle style bike with pedals and electric assist. The BR100 can be ran as pedal only, pedal assist, or full electric drive. It comes with fat, rugged tires and a decent amount of front & rear dual suspension travel to make even the bumpiest of rides feel smooth. you just screw on the pedals, attach the handlebars, front tire, front light and charge the battery! I have been riding the BR100 for the last week or so and I have already logged over 35 miles with short trips and even an office commute.RIDING:I thought the seat and handlebars made the whole experience really comfortable. This eBike is built for a specific market given its design and wheel size, but it deals a lot more comfort than a traditional bike would give you in my opinion.But that shorter riders had some difficulty getting on the BR100. My GF is 5’5” and she could get on without much trouble, but noted that she had to lean the bike over a bit to get up. I’m 5’10” and 198lbs and I never had any issue with riding. I think anyone much below 5’4” is going to have difficulties.PROS:- The overall build of the bike is fantastic. I'd say BR100 really did a good job on the workmanship and you can just tell this is not a cheaply made product whatsoever.- The tires on it are also the real deal, nice wide tires that make maneuvering easy and give it the option to work really well if you are off-roading.- The digital gauge is really nice! You can easily change the assist setting as well as check the battery level, MPH, odometer, and turn the lights on/off. Just gives it a nice premium feel.- The speed on it is surprisingly great! It can get up to 28 mph in pure electric mode which might not seem like much but when you are a bike like this it really feels like you are going at a great speed.- The pedal assist is also a really cool feature, basically saying that if you have it turned on it will give you some juice no matter how fast you are pedaling. Using the throttle, you can comfortably sit at 20mph even through modest inclines. When it gets a little steep I would step in to help pedal – reduces strain on the motor/battery and gives me a longer runtime (and some exercise). The throttle grip is to purely speed it up with no pedaling, while the pedal assist just gives you some additional power on top of your pedals.CONS:- The ebike doesn’t have any mounting points for water/drink carrier or a mini pump ( (it comes with a riding bag mount though). I might have to find a drink carrier that can strap to the frame beneath the seat.- The throttle was a thumb push design instead of a twist design. But like I said, thats just a personal preference.- The weight limit is 330 lbs which is fine but It would be nice if the seat is big enough for 2 people. - The bike is fairly heavy at 80lbs – pulling off the battery lightens it up a bit (maybe 11lbs). Carrying up/down stairs can be tough and loading into the back of a vehicle is a little cumber some.The BR100 got me to love riding a bike again! Its just a lot of fun having that power behind you but it also provides me a lot of functionality that I can quickly take this to local stores to pick things up that I need. It is so much fun for anyone who rides it at the end of the day!
Received the e-bike in a nice box without any damage. Took about 1hr to put the bike together by myself and check out it’s functions. Charged the lithium battery, I took the battery out to charge it to see if any part got warm to the touch, no issues, but you can leave it in place to charge. I was able to clocked over 28mph and I weigh 225 pounds on my first test run. The head light is bright, tested it at night and would not change it plus the horn work great as well! Everything about this bike is well made down to the metal welds and the little things. I had a minor question for the seller and they responded quickly. Great experience!
First above all, it’s a really decent bike with style, but I found out the screen of that device has been scratched, I ask the seller to replace it but seller always reply 12 hours late and seems they don’t have parts to replace for this bike yet. The seller say it will take about 30 days to ship part to us.
