Tires are for mainly sand & off-road/puncture & blowout pretty easily. I ended up buying new road tires 20x3.0 inch Kenda which seem to make the ride a lot more stable. Other than the tires, the rest of the bike seems well built.Finding tires for this style bike is the only downside.

The bike is a decent bike, but 3 weeks in I got a flat, contacted Asurion since I purchased the 2 year extended plan, they couldn't tell me if a flat tire was covered, would have to "wait 2 to 3 business days" before someone could even tell me, then they stated if anyone other than who they dictated worked on the bike it voids the plan...flats are part of the bike riders experience (although I now put the tape around my inner-tubes, so the chance of flats are now slim). It happens all the time. You can't even fix your own flat or replace the inner tube they said without voiding the warranty. I use this bike as a commuter bike, I can't wait a week to find out what's going on and then take it to someone they deem. The warranty is garbage.

I wanted to use this bike for outdoor use, commuting to work.as I was 2 miles down a hill I noticed the screen said err9 and it was that the controller just gave in.that being said I could only get back using just the bike itself.this happened only at 18 miles .big waste of time and money.at least I got refunded

We originally bought the white one first. After having it for about a month we decided we each wanted one. The biggest motivation for the original purchase was to have economy of motion. The ability to get back and forth to work for no gasoline cost. This bike is saving an entire tank of gas per month. So we have already gotten a return on the investment. The bike performs as described. We've actually gone over 30 miles an hour! And you can go 35 to 40 miles with pedal assist!Assembly was very easy. Took me less than an hour alone, from unboxing to ready to roll... And I am a small 65-year-old woman! Besides being able to use this in a daily commute to and from work, these bikes are a blast! With these big fat tires, and the power that it has, doing trails or the beach is going to be a blast. It will bring me places where I would not normally be able to walk or hike to. I think most standard SUVs will accommodate two bikes folded up in the back. Looking forward to some day trips in canyon country! And what a fun thing will be to take on a camping trip! Can't wait for next summer for that.Customer support, I am very impressed with. The moment I felt had a minor issue, I was given a phone number to call and actually got a real person, and we reconnected doing a video chat, and he was able to troubleshoot and solve the issue. Hands down, stellar, personal customer support! For me, and I am sure that I speak for many other people, that goes a long way. Especially these days were customers support has diminished to a small trickle.Collectively, we have over 200 miles on the bikes, and so far, don't think we could be any happier with our decision to buy the Narrak ebikes.Looking forward to many scenic adventures ahead.

This bike does what it says it will, it goes very fast and you don't feel the bumps as much as with a smaller bike. It is huge and a bit awkward to ride and to get on. I am 5'6" for reference. I can rest my feet easily on the ground with the seat all the way down and it is easy to get on, but I have to raise the seat in order to pedal without having my knees practically to my chest. At the height I can comfortably pedal I can barely touch the ground with my tippy toes. It is not comfortable to pedal. My third ride out I got a flat, (13 miles on the odometer), a random goat head in the middle of the road. I pulled it from the tire, which felt very thin, and the tire went completely flat in less than 10 seconds. It looked like the wheel was going to pop off the rim it was so flat. I'm glad I was less than a block from home to walk it. The rubber on the tires feels like it may be even thinner than my regular mountain bike which is very disappointing and a bit worrisome for a bike that's supposed be able to go upwards of 20mph. The friction of the road alone will likely wear these out quickly. I was not looking to make a large investment in new tires immediately after buying the bike. This was to be my daily commute to save me money on gas, but so far it's costing me money and I've only ridden it to work once. It feels like too much work to return it, as it's huge, so I'll make it work, but I'm not really happy with it. I wish I'd chosen a smaller slower bike with more durable tires instead. Now I have to purchase new tires and haul it to my local bike shop and I haven't even had it 3 days. It does go fast, which is nice, shortened my commute time quite a bit, but that's really the only benefit I've seen. Looks like it'll get a decent range too, as I drive approx. 8 miles round trip to and from work and used pretty much only throttle and it didn't even lose a bar on the battery.

I spent a lot of time trying to decide which e-bike to buy. It arrived just in time to throw the box into the van and head for Burning Man in late August, Assembling a brand new bike on the playa (with wind and dust blowing) for the first time is not for the faint of heart! But this bike went together in no time. I did spend some time looking for the tools (which had dropped into the box while I was unpacking, but once I found them, the rest was easy. The battery was fully charged, and after assembling (only three major pieces, the handbars, the front wheel and the seat) it was ready to roll. I made a few minor adjustments as suggested by the instructions (not too bad English either for an Asian product) and rolled out. Only issue I had was adjusting the seat. You need to angle the closure clasp up so that can be fully closed otherwise it rests against the outside tube and doesn't hold the seat tightly enough (I am 285 lbs which probably doesn't help LOL).The bike is comfortable, even in the tough conditions at Burning man ("streets" there are usually very rutted as they are just dirt which is constantly subjected to trucks and cars) but the bike handled it all admirably both under pedal power and under electric power. I drove a mixed combination of pedal assist and straigh 'motorcycle' power and the original charge lasted four days, 18 miles. I charged it from a generator and it lasted the rest of my trip another 17 miles and still had two bars (out of five). The light and reflectors worked great too. I folded it for the first time to bring it home and that worked well (although I have yet to open it up again, will try that tomorrow).I bought the 500w version, and I was a little worried given my weight, but NO PROBLEM at all. It carried me just fine, Admittedly the real test will be San Francisco hills (the playa at Burning Man is totally flat except for the ruts in the roads LOL) but still I am happy with that decision (also, I made it because 750W is the cut-off for registering a 'motorcycle' at Burning Man, so 500w was well within the limit,.).Highly recommend this bike. The worksmanship to far (admittedly only 2 weeks) seems excellent, and it all works as expected and promised.
