Below are some critical reviews about HITWAY Lightweight Removable Li Battery AbsorbersMax speed is 9-11 MPH. Seat is harder than a boulder. Tire was flat upon delivery. Expect to constantly take to bike shop and spend more money repairing. This bike is full of false advertisements and spend your money elsewhere.
I bought this bike from this seller 1 month ago. No any track information when you received it suddenly. It is a difficult return process for communicating with them. when I try to keep and use it, there was 2 times sudden power off and serious brake problem. I only use this bike to take my little kid to school from monday to friday. So problems happened only within 40 KM, How is your shopping experience? You can image it.I bought many stuffs from Amazon every month, there is both poor quality and bad customer service. Never buy products from this seller again.
I rode the bike for about 2 weeks and the rear wheel popped. There are no guides anywhere on helping with the removal of the back tire, so I basically had to take just about everything apart. When I finally managed to get the tire off, I saw the inner-tube had a hole on the inside---meaning nothing externally caused this. I looked closely where the hole in the tube was and there's a tear in a perfect half circle right next to the air valve. I don't feel safe riding this bike. Who knows where else they cut corners.

Bracket for the rear reflector (#26 per the manual) under the saddle is missing.I requested the part but was told to look up the video. I am not requesting the reflector at the rear hanger (#22 per the manual). Should I return the whole bike to get the missing part?There is no instruction how to ride it with the motor only. I need to know how to ride without pedaling.
The battery hold was broken, I didn’t ask for it because I have no time for that
its alright, goes good enough for me. added a seat pad to it and its a bit more comfy. (altho the seat isnt too bad on its own) i just like more comfy..it isnt fast, but I dont really need it for that. all in all its good!
