The bike was delivered with faulty parts and I cannot get anyone to respond to calls or email. They got their money and they are done with a customer. Terrible just simple terrible

This is my second himiway bike. The first one was the zebra, which I love. suggestion, i’m 5’7 and find it a little bit hard getting off the zebra I would highly recommend somebody my height getting these steps through much easier to get on and off besides that the bike is awesome. The bike is fast. The battery lasts long It is an amazing bike so I decided to get the cruiser step through for my daughter so we could ride together. This bike is also an amazing bike a bit different than the zebra is lighter and that is large but the step through makes it much easier to ride. I highly recommend the himiway bikes. Ps assembly is simple. Takes approximately 30 minutes.
I bought my Himiway Cruiser Series E-bike after quite a bit of research. What I found was an excellent fat tire E-bike at a good price. A lot of the competition has significantly lower maximum payloads than the Cruiser, a factor that needs to be taken into account. The bike was easy to assemble upon delivery, it took me about an hour or so to assemble, as my dog had to help. If you're not mechanically inclined, I'd suggest finding someone who is to give you a hand. The assembly video is also quite helpful. My Cruiser was sold with a bag included for the rear rack. Due to supply issues the bag was to ship a few days after I received the bike.The Amazon Himiway Service Team promptly informed me about the shipping issue with the bike bag before the bike even arrived. Upon unpacking the bike, I noticed some scratches on the rear rack and upper rear down tube, nothing major but a bummer non the less. I contacted the Amazon Himiway Service Team about the scratches, they apologized for the damage and asked if an upgrade from the original bag would be acceptable. I opted to take the upgrade. Throughout this entire process the Amazon Himiway Service Team provided timely and excellent customer service.
This is my first ebike, and after looking at several models, I chose the Himiway Cruiser Step over. It's a blast to ride! Took a bit to get the right PAS setup, but overall I'm very happy with it. I have lower back issues and being able to ride a bike again is awesome.Putting the bike together was fairly simple, completing in about 45 minutes. It took a while to get the brakes adjusted to where they don't make any noise, but still get a slight noise every now and then. The gears were easy to adjust as well. I replaced the seat with a more comfortable one and also added mirrors.Overall, I love this bike. It's powerful and gets up to speed quickly. I am disappointed that it caps out around 25 mph when most other bikes will hit 28 mph, but that's being picky.Still waiting to get the rear back that was included in the Black Friday promo sale, and the manufacturer has been in touch with me regarding the delay in shipping with the bag. Great overall experience so far.
