They politely offered a replacement but I didnt want to so I declined.I was very impressed with the overall look, very sturdy but was disappointed. Received defective product. Set up according to directions which seemed simple enough until I had issues with the bar lock, as it wouldn't release and/or lock in place unable to lift or close bar. Thought I finally got it secured, but when I test rode it the base/stand disconnected from the bar causing me to fall off and got scraped up. Fully charged battery prior to test riding. Then it showed 3 out of 4 battery and then it went dead, then showed 3 out of 4 battery life again. It barely lasts half a mile on a full charge. Will be returning the product back for for full refundSummary: - Pro: - Design looks nice - The scooter is light, easy to carry and even if battery dies it is nice to use as a normal scooter - Con: - Throttle is all or nothing no in between, have to consistently shift between the speed modes by clicking the power button in the middle of riding (you can get used to it, but still very strange and a bit dangerous to remove hands of handle to do so) - Breaks are all or nothing and so if you are going fast its a jerky and a bit scary to stop - Defective Cons: - The folding lock doesnt not click into place, and when you think you finally have it secure it collapses in on itself when you are riding it) - When you finally have it secure in place you cannot get it to unlock to fold again - Battery only lasted max 5 miles, had to carry my charger and charge any chance i got and keep it near me - It will say its at 75% battery then randomly die as you ride it (but luckily the stop is not jerky like the brake when this happens - once it was able to last 5 miles and i was surprised and then it died at 50% and i was pleasantly surprised
this scooter is not the worst thing out there, it’s a decent price, but if ur a beginner in using electric scooters it might be a little dangerous. i bought this scooter for someone else and they claimed the scooter sometimes folds on its own. luckily they’ve used scooters for a while so no one got hurt, but please keep that in mind before purchasing. the scooter gets the job done but it’s battery life is shorter compared to our previous scooter (a ninebot scooter) overall if this is what u can afford then go for it, but i recommend looking for other options beforehand.
the thing i like this scooter is light, battery is fine. the thing i dont like this scooter is im not comfortable because the first one we had it collapsed 3x when using it. so we have the replacement one it was fine so far..but still have that uncomfortable feeling when using it. because we had the bad experience on the first scooter but i guess in 50 products theres 1 or 2 bad ones

It seems like it should be so easy to unfold but it actually took a lot of muscle to get the handle bar to click into the open position. Before figuring that out it kept collapsing when I put weight on it. My kids love it and I say a Hail Mary every time I see them speed by. It has 3 speed modes and they are always on max speed. Battery is only ok there but lasts longer in the lower speed modes. Directions definitely written by a non-native speaker of English.
I purchased two of these for my kids for Christmas. They are so much fun to ride around on. My only complaint is the breaks are extremely touchy. If you push down to quickly on the breaks it launches you forward. My kids have fallen off these a lot while they try to get use to the breaks.
It has been so much fun to zip around the neighborhood and the town with this schooler. This model has an upgraded braking system that allows you to stop safely. This one has a max speed of 15 MPH, but that is perfect for safe city cruising. This electric scooter is lightweight, quick to fold up, easy to charge, and fun to pop around town. The tires are durable and meant for smooth to semi-smooth surfaces. We have a lot of older brick streets in our historic neighborhoods and I would definitely recommend avoiding those older/bumpier roads. We live close to a downtown area and having the ability to jump on a scooter to commute around is a huge perk because so many people struggle to find parking, etc. This took all of two minutes to get it up and running! I have taken this on vacation and used it around other cities as well. It is a “must-have” when we take road trips.
