Below are some critical reviews about Electric Removable Mountain Lockable SuspensionOther than both of the brakes needing a lot of adjustment to stop the pads from grinding, I don’t really have any complaints about this bike. For a 500 watt electric bike It seems a little weak but other than that appears to be well-made however, be aware that it is much much taller than a typical 26 inch mountain bike if you’re not 6 foot + your feet are going to be way off the ground.
Well this is a bummer. This is my 14 y.o. son's first major purchase. He worked all summer to save up for an e-bike. We ordered it on 9-1-22 and didn't receive it till 9-15. The bike was shipped from California via FedEx and FedEx dropped the ball. The manufacturer needs to be package their bikes better. The scratch on the frame was done at the manufacturer. Their is no way the packing foam scratched the frame like that. Well, we are charging the battery for the first time and I'll give a solid review of the operations at a later date. On the bright side, it went together very easily with no problems. Structurally the bike looks very durable, the welds are solid, and what was preassembled was done correctly. We will put it through it's paces and see how it holds up.

I weigh 250 pounds I have to pedal assist on most grades, so far the farthest I’ve made it on one charge is 5 miles , not real steep ground about 500’ gain in the 5 milesThe battery seems to drop to zero pretty quick, like 3 miles of a 300 foot elevation gain pedaling on every hill ( definitely pedals easy on assist ), when I Coast back down, it comes back to about three of the four charge bars, around town it’s probably ok, haven’t tried it yet on a long, flat ride, I don’t think I’d want to do an off-road adventure on it without a back up battery or two at $300 apiece and they’re heavy, the upside is it’s a 21 speed instead of a 7 speed like most of the E-bikes, I am 6 foot one and it definitely sits high gives it a high center of gravity When you’re riding it, i used to do 50 to 100 mile rides a day on my mountain bike., with it weighing in at 50 pounds. I don’t think I’d want to pedal back with a dead battery. no luck getting a hold of the company to find out if the battery should die so quick, possible it’s a bad battery unless, but unless I buy a new battery Tot Guard doesn’t sell replacement batteries I’ll probably never know, all the replacement batteries on line seem to very from exact measurements by a 1/4 to 1/2”
This is my first fatbike and my first new bike in 25 years. My first observation was that the bike came easy to assemble since it was mostly already put together. This is fortunate because the directions are useless, and so are any youtube videos available. You would find more useful information reading the menu at your local Chinese restaurant.My first problem is with finding accessories such as saddle bags or a rack or a water bottle. Because of the unusual design of this bike nothing will fit on it. I wanted to add fenders because any mud etc. Flies all over the rider. No luck. None of these things can be added unless you attach them to the seat post, which you cannot do unless you are extremely tall. I am five ten, and can just touch the ground on tippie toe with the seat at its lowest setting. When you read that the bike is for riders from 5'10 to 6'10 they are not kidding. That center bar gets me every time I dismount. Its unavoidable.The electric motor takes some getting used to, but is amazing. It does top out at exactly 21.7 miles per hour, whether pedaling or going full electric, even down steep hills. But that's pretty fast. The battery shows low power pretty quickly, but it reads higher if you back off from using the motor for a while. I have not had it go dead on me yet.
I am a keen 5'4 and a half. I'm not tall, but I'm not too short either. I read that you should be about 5'4-5'5 and up. I barely touch the ground, but when I stop the bike, I can rest and sit on the middle part (battery area) if you will.That being said, I LOVE this thing. Set up was easy (make sure the front tire is on the right side so the breaks align. My first ride, I took it 5 miles around my neighborhood. I made sure to get on some dirt and gravel trails as well. It handled beautifully on all surfaces. The tires are amazing, as they take in every major bump without issue. The seat is also very comfortable (and I have a somewhat wider bottom). The next day, I took it 7 miles and it was a Rockstar. The assist is powerful, and it's been a great entry into riding again. I also have arthritis so when I'm having a bit of a sore day, it's helpful to be able to use the assist when I need to.I love that it folds. It fits in the back of my Crosstrek just fine. I have yet to take it to my local park, (it's been too cold in PA), but I tested it to see if it would fit. I would not recommend lifting this thing on top of a car. It's HEAVY.Packaging was great. 0 issues with delivery (After I went through buying a bike a few weeks before and having it get lost, I was grateful this came early!). I am grateful this worked out the way it did, because the tires on this make all the difference.It's only been a couple of weeks, but I am happy with my purchase so far.
