If you need to recharge during a ride, this charging speed matters more than a few grams (8oz) more weight.Seriously, why did I buy this? Answer: I did not know it was a 2 amp charger instead of 4.Waited too long to return it. Selling it on eBay now.

This charger works exactly how it was expected. Just keep in mind that this is only a 2A charger and charges slow. I am using this for a second charger for work, so I don't mind that it charges slow. Just keep that in mind. This does work as expected though and I knew it would be slow when purchasing it.JT
