I was pleased to discover their website and that they stand behind their product with a number of parts and support, that's the difference here.(1) interactive communication with vendor ☑️(2) Reasonably priced nice selection.☑️(3)*Bike, battery size, product as described.☑️(that matters a lot!)(4) Very well packed and boxed to protect from FedEx shipping! ☑️(5) Easy to follow English assembly instructions.☑️(6) I bought the step over 750 w matte black bike, with the M5 controller panel I must say it's very easy to see in the daylight and very friendly to navigate for setup. Right out of the box after minor assembly, I did want to check the voltage setting to make sure it was correct, it was. With that I took it on a 8 Mile ride and found it to be very smooth both electrically and the ride itself along with the pre-programmed intelligence that was set up, it was good right out of the box! (Note)It does come with plastic with aluminum pedals which I will upgrade shortly. And although the seat is very comfortable I will upgrade to a spring seat post, and put on my customary (easy seat 2) also purchased on Amazon to match my other bikes bodily base feel. It is a decent bike, but it has it's issues, the battery lasts less than my other bike which is a 1000W beach cruiser with same type of battery, so my guess is it is only a 10amp, I might be wrong. The cables in the frame get stuck and you have to push them in every time you close it which is a pain. The seat had to be replaced, because the one it came with was broken. Bought a new one but again additional cost. Now for the good, it works as intended, it is sturdy and decent looking bike, they do not put stickers on it which means they just buy and rebrand but it is a plus because it looks much better all black. The shifter is set up nicely and the brakes only needed minor adjustment. Assembly was easy but might need some help from a friend with the front wheel. Over all it is worth maybe $800 not much more. I would buy again but only for that price.
We love our new e-bikes. We take them camping and cruise the campgrounds. We bought the 500watt and the 750 watt. They both have great speed and so far we have went 10 miles out on the local bike trail and back and still plenty of battery life left. Very comfortable bikes . Love the wide tires and they both came with mirrors. This is a plus.
