Below are some critical reviews about Warmer Wipes Dispenser Holder ChangingThis wipe warmer does nothing more than hold wipes. I love the look and was really hoping it would work well. I had read some of the negative reviews about the lack of warmth and unfortunately they were correct. The wipes were room temperature at best. I will be returning it.
This product is crappy, doesn't warm the wipe at all. We wanted to compare it to another brand that was cheaper, but the cheaper brand shockingly heated the wipes up more. I was ecstatic to try the Hiccapop due to the high reviews, but it is definitely too good to be true. My baby's cry due to the wipes being cold is confirmation enough that this is crap.
This works well, but your wipes may dry out a little bit. For some reason the lid doesn't actually have a seal on it, so you need to moisten your wipes. If they had a seal worked out on the main opening and the lid, then you would have a warmer moist wipe. So what happens, is the part that sticks out will be cold. If they were smart, they'd have a seal on the final lid, with holes to allow the part that you grab to also be warmed but preventing the heat from escaping.

We love this wipe warmer. At first I wasn’t going to buy one I thought they were a boujee, unnecessary item to have, but after about the 5th time of getting peed on by our newborn son (first time mom here) someone suggested to get a wipe warmer and they were right. It was a game changer. Now as soon as we open the diaper we place a warm wipe over his little pee pee and we get sprayed less now haha it def DOES NOT dry out the wipes. People who say that in their reviews must not be following the directions as it says on the box it comes in and putting a half a cup of water in there everytime they place a new thing of wipes. We have had no problem whatsoever with dry wipes. They are in fact so moist!!
This is a really nice wipe warmer. When I first used it I followed the directions about adding water to keep them moist. Honestly I haven’t done it again since and it’s been over a month. My wipes are very moist still. I have replaced the wipes about three times. They are warmer and stay warm longer when I added the extra water. The nightlight can be turned on and off easily. The locks on the side work great. I felt like my wipe packs of 70-80 fit the best.Update: I have added water when I remember but my husband has forgotten a few times and some of our wipes burned. That’s on us for not following directions. I don’t feel like it was unsafe. I like this wipe warm even if we left it unplugged and to just hold the wipes instead of the containers that come with the wipes. It looks better and is heavy so the package doesn’t lift with the last wipes
Do not buy this if you want the stone color. I repeat do not buy this if you want the stone color. My wife and i are haveing a new addition and we saw this one in gray/stone and it had a light, easy despencing. It check all the boxes for us untill it showed up on our door. Open the box ot was white. We then tryed to get help from Amazon in that this was purchased with the 15% discount and they woudnt let us just reorder it with a 15% discount so they gave us 5 Amazon bucks ok great we neted 3 extra bucks told them this and they were fine if we kept the whit. So we ordered another one in stone figure really what are we out we could re-gift it to family. The second one came still white. I know its trivial but at the end of they day we payed for one thing and got another twice. So again if you want gray/stone dont buy this warmer.
