Seat was torn when I unpacked the bike. After charging the battery, it was installed on the bike now the battery pack is stuck on bike and turning key to unlock does nothing. No way to charge bike unless I bring the whole bike inside house.
Product came with rack that cannot be assemble and battery that does not charge bike at this point is totally useless. So far it's a complete loss of $800+There is NO product support. The email listed does not exist so any questions one may have are not able to be answered.

The ebike arrived with a "dead" - but not really dead - motor which did not respond to pedal and throttle in the PAS and Electric modes. Contacted the vender on Amazon and a response was come back quickly: the vender asked to several cable connections. Lord behold, the motor cable connection (near the rear wheel tucked under the frame bar) was loose so I pushed the plugs against each other tightly. Now 5 days into this ebike has been running as I have expected, with some minor issues such as noise from brake disks - need adjustments (comments later), the mechanical gear shift has been difficult to shift into "1" and the right-side metal plate on the rear rack fall off (weak soldering work). I am happy with this ebike so far and wait to see how long it would last and not break on me.Going through the initial unpacking and assembly, there were a few issues:(1) The manual (photos 8 & 10) says that the front wheel would come with quick release set up. However, in the package the front wheel came with a standard set up of using nuts on both sides (photos 1 & 2). The issue is that the wrench (photo 7) provided is a bit small for the wheel axle nuts. Fortunately, I have some typical household tools that can work with the nuts. So no proper tools in the package is not affecting me.(2) The LCD display came without protective film on and there are numerous scratches on the screen (photo 11). On the unpacking, the entire handlebar was wrapped with foam sheets so scratches must have come from the factory. The display functions properly, though, and is bright enough under day lights.(3) The brake disks gave noises; I can adjust the inner pad on the front wheel but not with the rear wheel because the motor housing blocks the access from the other side of the wheel (photos 3 & 6). It needs an L shaped tool to access the adjustment nut on the back-side of the caliper.(4) While installing the rear rack, the right-side metal plate on the rack (where a metal bar connects to) fall off (photos 4, 5 & 13) . The rack is on the bike without the right-side bar connection to the frame and the rack swings a bit side wise; it is not safe to use until I get a fix.With all being said here, this ebike is up and running and it give enough power in PAS 2+ to climb all the hills in my neighborhood @ 8 MPH speed - it good enough for me.PS: Sorry for the out-of-order photos - the order of photos appeared in the post are not in sync with the order of photos as submitted. I tried several times to update the text referencing the photos, but every time the order of photo appearance change in an unpredictable way. Don't know why Amazon does this.
I shopped many ebikes and read hundreds of reviews before I chose this Mukkpet. The high capacity battery system and matching motor and controller system is what sold it for me. The handlebar electronic control center makes this bike a pleasure to ride.Assembly was fast and easy with the supplied tools. I just had to use my own wrench to remove the temporary axle that was in installed in the front forks to prevent damage in shipping. This thoughtful touch is an example of the overall quality of this machine. Highly recommend this Mukkpet!
