Below are some critical reviews about Mountain Bicycle Suspension Offroad OutroadIt has been a month now since it was delivered and yet, not able to ride the bike due to front wheel issue. The installation video on amazon is very easy, but when i tried mine it gave me hardship. For some reasons, the wheel wont align to the fork so no way to put it together. It took me hrs just to remove the axle and nots fr the other side. The wheel did put in alrigjt just becoz i removed the nut which the disk also hitting the brake pad. The wheel had to be like that so it would be easy for me to take the bike to the shop for HELP. 2nd, the product detail: Front full fork suspension is NOT true. I like the body of the bike and that it is due to bad experience with the your product. Thank you
The 2 bikes came broken/damaged and they were unusable and the boxes came damaged and crushed. Cant return them and lost $639.72! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! DO NOT BUY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
It is not a full suspension bike. but it was relatively easy to put together.

The bike is flashy and comfortable. I am glad I purchased this bike from SOCOOL.I have owned this bike so far less than a week and I have a story about the company that shows the level of quality and support they offer their customers, which is exceptional. When I received my bike, a screw was missing from the handlebar stem. Without hesitation the company sent via FEDEX priority mail a complete new stem. Completely unexpected and extremely supportive.When riding I noticed the brakes needed adjustments and the shifting for front and rear derailleurs needed adjusting. Again without hesitation SOCOOL said to find a local bike shop, have the adjustments made and send us the invoice and we will process a refund in the amount of repairs. AND THEY DID!!A great company I will definitely purchase their products again. They back their bikes and stand by them. I don't write reviews very often but these guys deserve the highest praise. Like I said I will be purchasing from them again.
Rides great, I got it for weight loss and believe me ittl do the trick. One ride around your neighborhood will have your legs burning!!.Pet friendly, I have a doberman, I attached a handfree bike attachable leash and it works amazing. The bike is big and sturdyBUY this bike, it's great for beginners, it assembles within 20 minutes, Great for pets to ride along, and great for weightloss.Also it's like 300 buck more or less. Idk if Amazon will forever have this but I was able to get a payment plan for like 80 bucks a month, you can't beat that. An amazing bike for 80 bucks a month instead of paying a full 300 right away!!!
