This has to have the worst assembly instructions of any product. They might as well have omitted them completely. One would do better just looking at the pictures on the advertisement. There is no instructions on how to adjust the brakes or the gear shift, which you are going to have to do. There is no way that anyone under 5' 8" would ride this bike because the seat is way too high even in the lowest setting, nor can the seat be tightened enough to keep it from moving from side to side. You also can figure on buying a different seat because the one that comes with the bike is VERY uncomfortable. All in all, the bike is VERY uncomfortable to ride, once you get it together.This is an addendum to my original review: the company was very responsive in my review and rectified my problems. Although I have not seen directions other than the sheet that came with my bike, the company did say thay would have QC looks at improving them. They did offer to have their specialist call me to help with assembly (I declined because by then, I had already figured it out). Most impressively was the company did reimburse me for a new, more comfortable replacement seat. All in all, I am very pleased with the situation on the purchase of this bike. The customer service is very good and stepped up to the plate and corrected all my problems.
