This bike had multiple problems. Which would have cost more to fix then what we paid for the bike
I'm really good with assemblies. The bike I received was definitely faulty. The fork is completely misaligned. See pictures. I tried everything to get it to fit and figure out if I was missing something. I even watched the assembly video. Did not even come close to fitting. Now I have to deal with returning the bike.I edited from 1 star to 3 star due to the tremendous customer service after I left a review. They reached out and made things right.

One of my favorite bikes so far !!!Arrived nicely packaged.took me about an hour to put it together, Let me start by saying that I am 6" , 160 lbs. This bike is perfect size for me. Light as a feather ,The bike is not heavy like some others I have owned before, This bike feels very well made,give away a lot of useful accessorieswith. Very smooth ride for a very good price, I definitely recommend this to everyone!Dislikes:The only small complaint the seat is not suitable for me, so I replaced it with the seat on my old bicycle.Other than that, I love everything about this bike. So far it rides smooth and stable
What can i say? Awesome bike for the price. Many great things the Shimano componentary is nothing but great. 3 piece crank and very attractive bike . I do see some craftsmanship flaws but not structural. I am a bicycle enthusiast and rode Bmx for team Redline back in the early 90s, I ran a bike shop on my own and still do custom work on high end bikes. This bike is a great purchase. If you never delt with adjusting derail systems and disc brakes you can take it to you local bikesmith and ask for a tune up 40 -50 is the norm but wait about 30 days while cable do stretch over time. . Just an all around great bike for a great price.
