I definitely recommend this bike and the company. I bought the bike in April. It arrived with the wrong key and I called the company and they immediately sent the correct key via FedEx. Then a few weeks later the bike broke and it wouldn’t work at all. The customer service of this EXCELLENT. I contacted customer service to say the bike was not working. First they tried to diagnose the problem via email, then video, but we couldn’t get the bike to work. Unfortunately the Amazon return window had closed so I was afraid I wouldn’t get the bike fixed let alone replaced. Technically the company had no obligation to take the bike back. However the company realized that because I didn’t have the right key for a few weeks they would extend the return window for me and allow me to return the broken bike and send a new bike to me. The company sent an entirely new bike that had more options such as a stronger motor and a battery that was much better and longer lasting than the original bike. So basically the company was so apologetic about the first bike not working that they immediately sent a replacement bike that was an upgraded version of the bike. Ina edition the company didn’t require me to pay the difference between the price e of the broken bike and the new and improved bike with better equipment and a better battery. More companies should treat their customers the way this company treated me. No hassle, no headache and I got a better bike than what I originally bought. The company went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. I highly recommend this bike as well and the company. They were great!!More companies should learn from this company’s customer service. The went above and beyond to get us fairly compensated, In the end, not only did the company make us whole, they gave us a much better upgraded version of the bike at no addition cost.
This bike is even more beautiful in person, pictures don’t do it justice. All the components are very well made and don’t lack in quality whatsoever. The five levels of assist are great when you don’t want to go too fast or too slow. The display is very easy to operate, and displays in MPH and not in KPH like some bikes. The bike is very lightweight and easy to pedal without the battery. With the assist mode set to five this bike goes really fast. The thumb throttle is vastly more comfortable than a twist throttle and takes up less space allowing for the beautiful grips. The battery pack is not that heavy and puts the weight in the center of the bike, although I do wish it had a handle for convenience. Also, my bike was due to arrive in august according to amazon but ended up coming in within a week of purchase, huge props to mzzk for that.Overall this bike is well worth the asking price and will get you many compliments wherever it goes.
This is my first e-bike. I really like this bike and am very pleased with my purchase overall. I chose this bike based on cost, the respected names of many of the significant parts which are detailed in the description, 500w motor, and 48v 13ah removable battery. I live in the Midwest US, and use it to commute to work weather permitting- 16mile round trip. Using mostly high output, I use about 25% of the battery for my 200lb self and back pack. More than enough power than I need. If it had any more power, you’d have to classify it as a motor vehicle in my county. It’s made sturdy, and quality shows throughout. It comes with everything: speedometer which provides mph, battery %, trip miles, total miles, and more. A bell, all the tools for assembly, lights, style, throttle, push button gear up, disc breaks. The only thing I wish it had was a suspension system, and maybe larger tires for additional comfort. Tires are 700c/28” x 1.625 x 1.75. They grip well. I was disappointed that it came with the cruiser style handle bars instead of the pictured mountain bike style bars. The front headlight is bright, and can be set to turn on when it senses it’s dark, off all the time, or on all the time. Back light has to always be manually turned off/on. Seat hurt my backside first day, but no issue thereafter. The back rack is removable, but can hold so considerable weight.
