I am 5 foot five and have to have the seat fully extended for my knees not to come up past my hip level, but the handlebars cannot be raised. Also despite adjustments there is intermittent rubbing noise at front wheel. Waste of money for grown adult.
Just finished making the bike ride it for a little bit and the CHAIN SNAPPED ALMOST GOT ME IN A accident with a vehicle. DO NOT BUY…. Very upset with this company.

Best bike I've owned so far. Love it, switches gears pretty easily. Goes great on trails or cement. Can't wait to try it on sand.First of all, this isnt some $1000+, lightweight fancy pants bike. If that is what you are looking for then why are you looking at a $300 bike in the first place. This bike is sturdy and tough, it has some weight to it but that is because its solid.Talk about shipping，The box had some dings and small tears but nothng that worried me. Taking the bike out of the box, it was nice to see is was very secure. No loose pieces, everything tied and wrapped together. Assemble was a breeze. The rear wheel is already on. Installing the front wheel was easy but take your time. The handle bars just needed aligning and tightening, pedals were properly marked with arrows indication which side and way to tighten, and the seat was quickly installed.FINE TUNING. The rear gears and rear brake were already perfect and didnt need any adjustment. The front wheel did. The rotor was dragging against the pads big time. It took me about 5 minutes to loosen and adjust the front caliper to get the proper alignment and then adjust the pads so the wheel turned freely.FIRST RIDE. The brakes will need some adjusting afterwards. Just because they are disc brakes.It gear shift works great, uphill climbs are a piece of cake in high gear, mid range is great for cruising. Easily completed 5 mile trip first time out with no issues. Ride it and have fun, like it was designed for.
First, let me say that the seller did the right thing given my situation, and I give them 5 stars for customer service. Now for the not so good part. The box arrived ripped down the side and with a large hole in it. The delivery service dropped the thing on my front driveway laying flat, when it clearly says not to do that on the box. When I brought the box inside, I realized immediately that things were not ok. Upon taking the bike out of the box, I found a small pile of crushed plastic parts, including the reflectors, mud guards, etc.. Even though I already knew this wasn't going to turn out well, I went ahead and assembled the bike. After getting it together, it was abundantly clear that the bike frame was twisted to one side, the rear rim was bent, and the rear hub/cassette was also damaged. Upon further inspection, where the shock is for the rear suspension was twisted against the seat post. Given the materials and the way the bike is manufactured, there was no way for me to fix this. Basically, the bike was unrideable and that's a real shame because I think had the shipping company done their job, this could have been avoided. Given all this, there is no way for me to do much of a review for the product itself. That being said, I do think the bike would have been worth the money spent, had it arrived intact.After exchanging messages with the seller a few times, they agreed to refund my money and requested that I NOT return the bike to them. Given the cost of shipping and the value of the bike, I am guessing this was an overall better option for them. So 5 stars to the seller for making this right and relieving the anxiety I was having over the situation.
I would like to compliment all the people who worked on the design of this bike. It is an excellent machine! Initially I had a problem getting the front wheel brake aligned but then the bike shop showed me a simple trick to accomplish that. This is not a speed bike, but it is a smooth bike that can allow you a smooth experience regardless of how rough the terrain may be. It is so light that I was able to lift it in my left arm while I was peddling it with my right arm as I was inspecting the track chain. Assembly was easy, make sure to tighten the front wheel a lot so it doesn't flex too much. It is a less expensive bike that fits my needs and wallet. I think it’s well made really, with Features that other more expensive bikes have!
