Blke itself is OK, but electrical componet starting with battery is defective. I tested charger which states it puts out 54.6V and mine trsts output of 54.7V which appears to be fine. I charged first time 5 hours which is what very rudimentary instructions state for first time charge. Battery has a guage which doesn't list any charge and nothing works, not bike or lights or horn or screen for bike functions. I tested bike battery at positive and negative screws [terminals] and no reading of any volts. Don't know about rest of electrical components until battery is replaced.
Received bikes but both have headset(Handel bar issues). Headset will not tighten and having issues explaining problem to company. It has been a month and still unable to ride bikes.

So first I want to call out how awesome this came packaged. This is my second electric bike and i was worried both times with how it would be delivered. But this arrived safe and secure with everything inside in great shape. I’ve added pictures to demonstrate how it looked on arrival.Now in terms of the bike, like I said, my second electric bike. I got one a few months ago and decided to upgrade.My first bike was a 26” which fits my 5’5 wife fine, but I wanted a little bigger. This 27.5” is nice. It’s even maybe big for me at 5’8 but the larger 500w motor is great. My first was 350 watts and was rated for less than 20mph but this is rated for higher than 20mph (not sure I am brave enough for that yet!)Charging time of less than a day was important to me. If you ride this to work, you want to charge it while you’re in the office? This says 5 hours charge time, so that was important in my opinion.
This is my first eBike and its very convenient compare to regular bike. It arrived on time and was packed very well. It comes with 48v 10ah removable battery, its nice because you can remove it and charge anywhere, particularly during winter easy to store battery inside house. 27.5" size with adjustable seat height, it is comfortable ride for person over 5ft tall.The box dos not came with any assembly instructions but video on product page was very helpful. most of the bike was assembled, you need to just assemble front wheel, steering and few little parts. It took approximately 40 minutes to fully assemble (with kids running around!!).Tires were flat and i didnt had air pump so i have to get one (I wish it come with air pump). please order air pump at same time if you dont have one. Both wheels has disc brake.As per manual battery charging time is ~5 hours but it was fully charged before that. Removing and checking battery charging status is easy. Ride is smooth and due to nice suspensions it handles bumps well. it has lockable suspensions to use as per your need. LED display is bright and easy to operate. eBike has 3 modes: Normal bike, eBike and Assisted bicycle.It also has light and horn (bonus features)Overall its nice ride with reasonable price. I recommend this solid smooth ride.
This bike is really light weight for an electric bike. Most electric bikes only have seven speeds so you cant really use them to hill climb. The extra gears are awesome so you can climb bigger hills. We recently moved to a very hilly area requiring our whole family to upgrade to electric bikes. My wife is enjoying this one cause she can feel like she is riding a mountain bike with extra power when she is tired. Its a little bit of a better workout for her. The power is good especially for 500w. The battery seems to last a long time too. The headlight is bright. There are no fenders so you’ll get some kick back if you ride through sand or mud. Assembly was easy taking only 15 minutes when I set it up. She mentioned the seat was comfortable and I’m happy this is not as high off the ground as my bike it- she has a really hard time getting on mine. This seems to be the perfect fit for her. My son is taking her old one which had smaller tires and no gears- this is great for adults.
