I have been in contact with the company for about a month now, sent them pictures, videos and the issue still isn't handledUpdate: company sent incorrect replacement battery tray, still waiting for replacement. Defective tray has caused damage to battery.8/14 recieved proper battery tray still waiting for battery.9/8 recieved incorrect battery replacement.Bike arrived with defective battery tray. 4months later and over 70 emails back and forth sending pictures,videos and even having to pay an electrician to satisfy their requirements and they have sent me wrong replacement parts twice and I still can't use the bike.
Purchased back in March, and ridden daily on weekdays. At first, I couldn't say enough nice things about this bike. It was excellent. Now, just six months later it no longer handles a headwind at all, the battery isn't holding a charge. I'm not sure whether it's the engine, electrical system, or just the battery itself, but it's looking like a real dud. Glad I got the insurance because I may need to send this back. VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS!!!

I have a regular bike, but at 73 my legs are getting weaker, and having a hard time making it up hills and doing prolong rides. I thought that I would give an ebike a try.Well, I ordered this bike, not just because of the price but that was a good reason.The bike showed up on time which was a good thing and it was well boxed, banded, taped, and stapled I was impressed. As I was removing the bike from the carton I was also impressed with all the packing.After removing the bike and cutting all the wire ties and removing the packing I was ready to build the bike. Directions in hand Well there not so good for assembly but I will say that if you have ever ridden a bike before or seen one you can put this together. Install the front wheel the peddles and handlebars and you have a bike. This bike even comes with fenders and a headlight. I did but on my own seat for a little more padding.I have put about 50 miles on so far and love it, I peddle in assist mode most of the time it makes it easy to go up hills. I did by a second bike after about a week for my wife and she loves hers. If you want a bike give this one a try
I purchase two of these VIVI electric bikes. The first one was the city commuter style and the second was a Mountain bike design. Both have the same equipment and speed. They operate in three speed range along with your gearswhich are shifted like all bikes. You shouldn't be disappointed. If you have poor health or wind you can use the electric motor to get back home. Feel like a kid again. The pedal assist makes you roll right along with very little effort.Customer service was very good over a minor problem. That is number one in my dealing with any business.Great company and staff.
