After wasting over $400 in brand new cells trying to put this together, I purchased new cells and a kit from a reputable seller which provided an actual outline of how the nickel strip was supposed to be aligned.You're welcome. No thanks to the seller.

built a number of battery packs into this case - it's a pretty tight fit - the area where the BMS goes is designed to accommodate a pretty small and low-power BMS (20A-25A max) - if you want more power out of this thing you have to start filing away and modifying this case to fit a high-power BMS. I managed to get a 60A BMS in this thing but it is TIGHT. also screws that hold the thing together can easily strip the threads, which are just plastic. The battery indicator light is pretty much useless - I've never seen it show anything less than full charge. once built its pretty convenient to attach/remove from bike, especially for charging. I would definitely recommend building your own battery if you have the tools and means. The off-the-shelf versions in this style are almost exclusively built with cheap Chinese cells and are grossly overpriced
This case would have been perfect if it had actually fit my bike. Look closely at the mounting diagram to make sure it will fit yours because the entire lower half of the mount it taken up by a compartment for a controller. So if the mounting holes on your bike are too low, the seat tube will be in the way.Otherwise this is a nice case. One thing I was concerned about was the stability of mounting a flat object on a round tube but spacers are included that address this exact concern.
I bought the 'dragon2'. I know it's not designed for a 70 cell 14sp5 pack, but I was able to squeeze it in. I wasn't able to use spacers... I had the batteries glued together instead. The BMS was on the bottom, so it took a bit of wiggling to get the to primary power wires to the controller to fold in to the two grooves on the bottom section of the pack. It barley clamped shut. No problems after about 300-400 miles on my ebike build. I will be ordering more of these.
