Below are some critical reviews about ANCHEER Electric Removable Lithium Ion ProfessionalBike is heavy. Mine is 55.5 lbs. with battery. Manual doesn't say how to turn "Pedal Assist" on. There is a very similar bike called the "Samebike" which has many videos on YT. That is where I found out how to change to mph and turn on the three pedal assist modes which show up on the display. It does not really have "Pedal Assist". It has "Forward Motion Assist". Doesn't help you pedal at all. You pedal normally and after about eight strokes the motor kicks on full blast. You're up to 12 mph quickly and that's on level one! Has the old fashioned "cadence" sensors and just detects "if" you are pedaling and kicks the motor on full. Newer ones have the "torque" sensors that actually help you to pedal. :^)
We received the bike and after putting it together it did not work. Took the battery to a local bike shop and it was in good, full charged condition, so the wiring was bad. Had to ship back and business would not pay for shipping; cost over $200 to ship back and now still waiting for a credit. Buyer beware.
It's not an ebike It's a electric motor bike, it does not allow manual riding during the night as you have to turn it off and the light will also turn off you can't see anything. The moment you pedal it will start running full speed 15Mph you cannot control the speed.Super heavy not good for women at all you have to ask your man to move it around all the time where you can ride.

I am totally pleased with my new Ancheer E Bike. I got the 20in, Folding model and the higher 350 watt motorwith the 48 v battery for very little more than basic...The quality of build seems so good...I have had it about 6 weeks and getting lots of use. .The battery seems to be strong, getting 4 to 5 rides and only down 2 spots...The speedo is a little small, and I cannot find settings to adjust the petal assist, but this is not a problem for me...The petal assist seems like magic. Who ever designed the assist is a Genius.. The photo shows my trailer rig, it pulls it no problems...The only problem was my driving, was going too fast in a u turn, got on some loose gravel and took a spill, only hurt my pride and got a bruise on my shin, but no scratches on bike...I am 79 yr old...Makes bike riding fun and easy, even into the wind... Melvin.
It's made in China and sold under a couple names, like also "Samebike"... More truth to that than you want to believe. Ancheer's service department will hand everything off, bounce responsibility around and never actually get you what you need to know. They just sell the thing. They actually know nothing about it... at all. I found everything out I needed through web searches under the other name, "Samebike". It's important to know the parameter settings because if you try to tweak the bike at all it's easy to screw it all up. It does feel as though it weighs a ton, sadly. Watch your distance. 15 miles goes faster than you’d think, especially, plan well ahead if it’s a round trip. Still, through all that, I love my bike.
I LOVE my ebike. rides great and at 70 y old I can ride up hills again. More of a pedaling workout at 1-3 gears than at 6-7 but as much effort as anyone needs to once again enjoy a bike ride of up to 20-30 miles again with hills (we live in hilly Atlanta). Word of warning, the instructions with it to final assembly are a joke and u tube videos did not help since they did not supply close ups for my effort to do the job. But bike shop had me going for $85 in short order including tuning brakes and calipers. Oh and seat at 7" is adequate and nicely padded but I ordered a 9.5" aftermarket adding about $20 to cost, for added comfort. Enjoy.
