Below are some critical reviews about Neffice Mountain Suspension Aluminum BicycleIts extremely hard to pedal and even when pedaling as hard as I can I can only hit 13 mph. It is good for a beginner or someone who wants to strength train and for endurance I guess but other than that. I think it's for a kid who's just starting out on bicycles but also take note of this, it came scratched and the derailleur must have been hit because it was bent a bit was hitting the spokes so that had to be adjusted before even riding and also tuning the front derailleur took some time as well also the brake lines were kriss crossed, I think I'm sending this one back because it's just not what I was really looking for and with all the defects it's hard to feel like I spent good hard earned money on something worth buying.
Had to order new front frame because original one did not fit properly. Also the pedals needed to be replaced. Customer service was good.
I disliked the bike but Neffice gave a full refund

There was some condition issues with the package/contents when delivered I am convinced the delivery system, I won't mention names " FED-EX" simply because of past experiences with this shipping service handles their freight with little regard for the contents so the description is "ROUGH" I believe I've made the point. The mountain bike is worth the $ I really like it, the customer service in my experience was very prompt and accommodating even with the shipping issues which I do not fault the supplier I'm very satisfied.The bike itself, wheels were true I like the way they routed the control cables, nice color and the bike is built sturdy overall. Also the bike required very little adjustment take your time with assembly and use your common sense it's a piece of cake.
Bike not packed well. Rear gear transmission was bent during shipping (I assume). Had to bend it back and then it took many adjustments to get the gears right again. The manual says they "debugged" it at the factory but the brakes also took a lot of adjustment. All that said, once it's together it's worth the money. Seem like a good buy.
I dont know what was wrong with other reviewer saying " hard to pedal. Things did need adjusting out of the box. But after brakes were reset this thing was great, and I used to own 2000 dollar bikes. This is easily as good as them
