The bike arrived with a half charged battery. Two days later a piece in the battery port fell off the bike.

Just put this bike together two nights ago and already in love with it! It’s like my regular mountain bike only better! I didn’t know how much I’d love the pedal assist! The power control panel could be easier to figure out, but I barely read the instructions and after one day of use my friend and I had it down. I’m buying one more for my son. I wanted to try it before I bought two. Definitely a great bike, and at 53 the 18 mile bike trail around our community (slightly hilly) now seems like less of a huge decision to do on a morning ride for exercise. I can go even if I feel lazy because I know I can glide all the way home lolAssembly seemed pretty straightforward, it probably would have taken me an hour as someone unexperienced with bike parts. My expert friend had it together in about 20 min.I wouldn’t hesitate, if you can follow instructions you can do it.
I like the appearance of this product and the convenience of the pedal-assist. This bike is a joy to ride.I get the exercise I need and the distance I want in the journey. Charging the bicycle is convenient and fast.The assembly of the unit was seamless. The tools Vivi provided were all I needed to assemble the bike. I love the electric motor, it is great! Shipping took a while,but overall, it was worth the wait.
This bike is amazing! It's exactly as described and is so much fun! Good battery life, rides at the expected speed, and not too hard to put together.
