Below are some critical reviews about NAKTO Electric Brushless Removable WaterproofThe bolts were tighten so tight, has to wait for my brother inlaw to get special tools to loosened without striping the nuts, before I could work on putting it together. Why would you tighten screws so tight when you know that more assembly has to be done on those areas. Totally pissed me off. Took me a week to get this far because of that.
It came with a broken Derailer . I am still waiting for a solution to this !! I am VERY disappointed.
Not so great! The bike is huge for one thing, and really heavy. You can’t just put it on a regular bike rack. You’ve got to do some looking to find one that will hold the weight. The directions are almost worthless. Be prepared to spend some time putting it together. When I finally got to go out and ride we realized the breaks didn’t work. They were so bad on both bike, we couldn’t get them fixed. We’ve wasted hours on these. The crank for the peddles is way to short for me. It’s only about 6or 7 inches. It should be about 12. No good. I purchased this bike for my 5’4 tall wife. With the seat at the lowest point, she struggled to stand while sitting on the seat. I need to order her the 22” version. After a 15 mile ride today, i am going to keep this for myself as it had good power and performed well. I would have given it 5 stars, but I'm having some difficulty with adjusting the brakes. I need to figure that out as the instructions are not good.
Awesome bike , these is the second i buy, they stole the first one and get it right away because it’s perfect for me and my son, its our transportation to school or work , the last one last 2 year never had a problem 🙌✅🚲
This bike is great. I received it in one box quickly. It was mostly together, just had to put on the handle bars, headoight, basket and front wheel. It was easy enough to get together. The instructions where not so great but they do have a video online that shows you exactly what to do while you unbox it and how to put it all together if you have trouble. This little bike can get going pretty fast. I attached my kids instep trailer to it without much issue and it still goes pretty quick with my son, myself and some groceries. Ps to attach the trailer I did have to take a dremel to the bolt hole on the connector for the trailer to slightly adjust for a bigger bolt on the back wheel of this bike. But it was a 5 min fix that works just fine.
