Maybe their warehouse is near me?Bike went together just fine. All needed tools came with it. Naturally I had to tighten and adjust one thing and another but that's expected. The front disc brake needed a little adjustment and I don't think that the cassette (gears at the back) was screwed in tightly because when I rode it the first time it felt like the cassette had to around a few times to tighten up.This is probably not an economical conversion to an e-bike which is my purpose for it. The brake levers and shifters are integrated units. The e-bike conversion kit comes with its own brake levers so I'll have to ask the assembler person to replace the shifters.
Really solid bike. The brakes and tires are great. Also the frame is very nice. Great kickstand as well. The chain is very bad though. I was riding harder like I rode all my other name brand bikes and the chain snapped. I was on a gravel trail when it broke. But I since then have bought a new bell 10-21 speed chain and it works great. Otherwise a really nice bike.
