Below are some critical reviews about Cycle Labs Business Mountain Suspension AluminumThere is a print out of instructions in 3 pieces of paper stapled together and in a very small font. no tools to assemble. Its not 85% assembled either. It takes good couple of hours to put it together. Even chain is dislodged and putting it on with gear needs work. Brakes are also not very effective. You can full press them down and bike will still move. Absolutely pathetic product! Save your time and money and get better quality product.
Loose spokes, front wheel hub nut that was near impossible to remove. Missing front axle retention device. The nuts to attach the front brake caliper to the forks are missing. Terrible instructions that were poorly translated to English, and super small print. It was well packaged though. UPS was not kind to this during shipping.
Took a week to get my first one. Rear gear switch near back tire was not adjusted properly and moved the chain into the spokes and destroyed the entire switch assembly. Box was pulverized in transport and taped all up to cover gaping 10" hole. Getting a replacement. Hopefully it is better, if not... it's going back.

This is my first geared and a real bike. It came in well packaged and with all the parts wrapped-up properly. It is definitely sturdy with metal frame and tires as well. It comes with 2 seats one for regular cycling and another for actual adventurous mountaineering biking. The parts are easy to pull together except for the disc brakes. I had to browse through a lot of YouTube videos to fix those brakes. The only and big caveat is that it didn't come with instructions manual. My brother helped me fix the bike with-in half an hour. So that went well. The brakes work great. I really enjoy biking time with my toddler. I would not like such a good bike to underestimate the quality just for the manual. I definitely recommend it and urge the seller to include manual instructions in the package.
