I bought this bike for a casual bike rider and encountered several issues. It came in poor packaging. There was a large hole where one of the pedals broke through the cardboard. Fortunately, there appears to be no damage to the bike. I expected the quality to be average as this is a relatively inexpensive bike. Note that the bell broke on the third ring, so I trashed it and bought a new one. However, it's the "assembly instructions" that I object to the most. These so-called instructions (with no parts list) were printed on a piece of copy paper, appeared to be written by a 4th-grader, and were wrinkled and stuffed into the packaging. The one-size-fits-all "tool" is a joke and practically useless. I used my own tools and instructions on bike assembly from the internet to put the bike into service. I do not recommend this product.
