Below are some critical reviews about G Force Electric Detachable Commuter BicycleOver impressions so far are positive. I got it on time with no issues. It charges and drives well. The seat is just one of the worst I have ever been on in my life. I honestly feel they cut a major corner with the seat. Tires psi at 30 and this ride is rather hard when hitting a few bumps. That is expected because not much suspension there. You picture you see is another style of the same model. You receive the commuter style which has a little metal tray in the back. Its good if you plan to go move around and may need something to hold. It's great for me because I commute to NYC (Manhattan). It's a 7.5 mile route and its very enjoyable. The battery is usually at 2 lines or safe to assume 50%. I don't really use the light it has because I want to conserve battery life. I charge it daily for 5-6 hours.When I opened the box, the bike was in its folded style. Put air in tires, unfold bike and it had about 75% charge in battery so you can go for a spin right away. It came with keys that no one could help me with. ITS TO REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK. UNDER THE MAIN CABLING IS A KEY HOLE. You have to move the cables out the way to see it. I got 2 flats so far. Tires don't really seem to be enforced so they don't offer great security. Get a patch kit and pump ready just in case. The plastic display is really weak. I tried moving it and almost broke on me. It seems that the handle is thicker and the display barley holds on. 1 more half turn and it would if snapped on me if my 5yr would of done it . Its so weak. I recently got an error code E022 on display. Display also got stuck with all symbols lite up. I will contacting Amazon to see what I can do now. The bike doesn't provide any assistance and the motor seems to be stuck. Its as if its not letting go.The manual is a pdf file and its overall basic. The bike is cheaper on their site and offers the other models but honestly it looks sketchy.. It seems like they are a sub company and just selling it in the USA. I have other models that look identical to this one but different colors and other names attached to the side.3 stars because the bike looks good. It feels nice and drives good. Max speed down bridge has been 47mph. I wish they would of put the actual model your getting and not the regular. I already was ordering a back pack to hold my stuff. Manual was difficult to understand after you download it because I was looking for my model not understand that they are the same except for the part of the rear metal rack. No trouble codes on manual to help the end user understand was is happening in case of an issue.10-8-20 : pedal on left foot just snapped. The locking mechanism so it doesn't stay horizontal.Fast shipping, nice bike, good weight, good distance, nice charger but tech/manual not easily present. Bike is having issues before the 1st month of daily 15 mile run.. If they contact me in moderate time. I will up date my review.
The model you can buy from almost anybody anywhere. I bought this version because it is shipped from Amazon. I plan on using it as a winter beater bike here in N. Wisconsin.Nicely packaged and no shipping issues. The thing assembled quickly. Both wheel bearings needed some major adjustment and the control cables got some attention too. The black paint is uninspiring.....get the white! My unit shipped with fenders and a rear rack which I was not expecting. They are "bare bones" bolt-on units.. I'll call them functional.The bike works pretty much as is described in numerous YouTube reviews of this particular model. It's different than what you may be used to and sorta fun in its own odd way. If it lasts through the below zero temperatures, snow and salt of our typical winter I'll give it another star.
There's no perfect bikes, all bikes are designed for specific purpose, you need to find bikes that fit your need.This is a very heavy bike, and very bulky, even though it is 20", it is actually bigger and taller than my 26", and much much heavier. I am not too sure about the "folding" part, even after folding it is pretty big. Not sure it would fit inside a sedan, you may need a van. And you need two persons to carry it, it weighs a ton!But I am pretty happy with its performance, it's very fast, tops close to 25 mph, battery seems to be decent. On smooth flat surface it glides like a motorcycle, but it doesn't go through bumps very well, my butt feels it pretty hard.I would have rated it 4 stars but the support from the manufacturer is 0. The bike did not come with manual, you have to download it. The online manual does not have all information I need, like till now I still don't know what's the use of the keys? Wrote to the manufacturer, got no reply so far, there's no phone # on their website, just a msg form.

I'll swing back and update this review after my camping trip next week. My son and I will have a lot of places to ride around to put this bike to the test. When I heard 20" and looked at the pictures I assumed it was the size of a BMX bike, it's not, if I had to guess I'd say it's about 20% bigger. The fat tire pictures don't do them justice, they're huge, wide.The bike doesn't take off like a tesla but it builds up speed at a smooth pace and it definitely goes over 20mph. I'm still messing with the pedal assist because when turned on I outpace my 5 year old too quickly, so it's a little tough to go 5mph.Buying this was a big deal for me. My one main reason for selecting this over some other bikes is they said it could arrive in a day or two and all of my other bike options had it being delivered while I was on vacation or even a month later. This shipped fast, delivered fast (oddly fast) maybe because I live in Bucks County PA, I don't know...I was very apprehensive about buying this bike at first because it's a new model, only a few vague reviews and basically nothing online about it. I contacted G-force several times via Amazon/email and got several fast responses. So far, not disappointed.I'll be back.______________________update 9/29/2020 after taking this to an RV campsite for a week.This bike was a huge hit, it's fun to ride and the really wide tires made driving on sand not as treacherous as my 5 year old who would fall when he hit on it. We weren't on beach sand, but the RV Campground roads had some loose stuff on some turns. No issue.What I liked most about this bike was how it folds in half and the handlebars drop down. Every night I was able to break it down in about 20 seconds then put it in the back seat (seat up) of my truck, then locked the truck. You don't want to leave this outside for the elements or someone to steal.We had it up to 37-39 kilometers per hour (2224 mph). Charging is easy. The bike is 40 lbs but not too tough to get around just pedaling, which I did often. Horn is loud and annoying just like it should be, front and back lights are very bright.I have nothing bad to say about this bike. I'll certainly bring it on all our camping trips and I would certainly recommend it to a friend.
I absolutely love this bike! I’ve had it for two months and I’ve only charged it once and I probably went about 35 to 40 miles. It was packaged really well so there wasn’t any damage and it didn’t require any assembly. You only had to unfold it and put the handlebars in. I love how smooth it rides with the wider tires. I’ve been riding on all kinds of trails and on a normal bike I wouldn’t leave the cement. The seat is somewhat comfortable. But I bought a seat cover with memory foam and it makes for a much more comfortable ride. It’s quite fast so it takes some getting used to. I’d practice around the block a few times until your comfortable. The only downside for people in the US who use mph, the bike is in kilometers but I don’t mind. It goes 17 kph/~8mph in gear one and I don’t know what the top speed is for gear two or three since that is plenty fast for me. I ride this bike several times a week because the pedal assist makes it much less work for someone like me who is out of shape but I still get a great cardio workout. I’m glad I got an ebike because I definitely ride it more than if I’d gotten a regular bike. The folding feature is really nice. I fold it up in the backseat of my car and have gone on all kinds of trail adventures here in Colorado. It’s so easy to break down and put back together. Just a few “latches” but it’s still very sturdy despite the easy folding feature. I think the bike is worth the price! It was on the lower end of cost but has been an excellent, well made bike without all the bells and whistles.
The bike quality is amazing I gotta say at first I was skeptical about the product but once I got the G-Force on road I gotta say I was impressed an also my pops that 56 years old he doesn’t like to ride bike especially at this age because of his knees but soon as he gave the my G-Force a try he was really impressed and ask me to purchase one for him so we can go on rides together...
