Below are some critical reviews about Framed Impact 20 BMX BikePackage arrived intact, but during assembly was forced to mechanically spread the steel front forks to allow the wheel to seat. Appears something heavy was laid on box and bent then together (about 1/2in). Box is labeled “upright” but Clearly that was not honored.

Got this BMX style bike for my grand. Box was delivered with a huge hole. My assembler was afraid parts may have been missing so he wouldn't tackle it. I requested a free return on it. After my second request I was sent a paid return label. In the end I found a handyman that assembled it quickly...no missing parts. Looks great and my grand loves how it rides and the way it handles. Great product for the price.
