Very poor quality peoduct. Arrived damaged and motor makes clunking noise. Bike does not go uphill only was 1/3 power on pas mode. When you try to peddle uphill ypu have no power. I have multiple ebikes and ive only workes on this one since i got it and its plagued with issues. Now customer service is ignoring me over asking about a refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.! BAS COMPANY!!!
Ebike motor stop working after 550 miles of riding. Would like new motor or refund.

Packaging could be better but customer service is responsive. So hopefully its addressed. Overall im very happy. Bike is powerful and the epas really works well. Charge lasts for over 40 miles for me due to the hills and e-pas. And its quality made.Update....many upgrades are available if you email the company directly. After 100 miles, i feel like this bike is better than advertised. I look forward to adding and upgrading my bike, but make no mistake that the base model is a beast and a steal.
I just received this bike, it is solidly built and larger than I was expecting. The bike's rear reflector was damaged during the shipping, and custom service was super prompt and helpful with the replacement. The bike came with a link to a video for the assembly. This worked out reasonable well, with a couple trial and errors; the bike was fairly simple to put together, but written instructions might have made this more clear. There were a couple pieces (front brake and front light) that had to get re-attached and were not explained in the video. My guess is that these parts came detached during shipping, but this was fairly easy to fix. Once the bike is on the road it is pretty fast! I'm looking forward to riding it more.
This ebike is ridiculous it really catches people attention when you're on the streets. It's fast and the seat is ok so far every thing is ok, the only thing I will suggest is that they should make a more detailed video on how to assemble or build the bike since the current video is to short and is missing some certain parts that you need to know how to do it but for me it wasn't that big deal I found out how to do it my own.
