Below are some critical reviews about Unit Pack Power Ebike BatteryIt is an ok battery. However, the advert says to just let them know about different connectors. When I did inquire, they came back with the response "Would you mind just replace the connectors on your bike kit?"
battery was a little different setup and it is about 1/3 less powerful. I have to recharge at least once in the afternoon. My old battery could go 40 miles on a charge. This new one is about 25 to 30 miles on a charge. However it was cheaper

I am very happy with this battery after riding 100 miles so far and paired with the Voilamart 1000 watt rear hub motor kit , this is my review :100 mile update on battery and motor ..... I've ridden this setup on a wide variety of conditions this week in everything ranging from relatively steep uphill and downhill terrain, to bike paths , to off road dirt and gravel , to jumping on sidewalks where tree roots have pushed the sidewalks up and created a ramp and honestly I couldn't be happier with the motor and the battery so far . Both are very strong and put out plenty of power with a lot of speed and range when you pair these together . This setup easily gets up to 30mph on a flat surface although I have gone 35 on a slight decline and even hit 40 mph on more of a downhill while leaning forward to cut through the wind. Today my bike ride was for sure over 30 miles at various speeds in all these conditions while also including pedaling and coasting as well as just full throttle and reaching top speeds on flat surfaces. This setup easily held at 20 mph going uphill while pedaling as well and I didnt have to pedal very hard at all and that was after over 90 minutes of being out riding already. If you're looking for an affordable solution to make your bike go faster , then for around $700.00 you will be very pleased with this setup , especially if this is your first build and you don't have a lot of ebike experience . The ebike battery I bought had features I wanted and had excellent shipping and packaging 2-5 days with Fedex. I bought a new trike from Raleigh and wanted to put the battery in the rear basket and then realized that I should have done more research. My skill level was way below my want level. Having a 74 year old brain did not help either. My customer service rep, Abby, came to the rescue, She handled the problem very quickly and professionally. I was able to exchange my battery for one that would install better and still give me the power I wanted. I buy lots of stuff online and have to say I have never been treated this way from any seller on Amazon.
This battery is incredible my bike moves at 36 mph I ride it to work every day as far as distance I get about 30 miles out of it before I need a recharge I lost my keys and Abby in customer service Sent me another set extremely quickly love the battery,people and everything about it!!!
