Below are some critical reviews about Sixthreezero 21 Speed Comfort Bicycle WheelsIf you buy from Amazon, you don't get sixthreezero's 365 day return policy. My husband only had his Body Ease out on 3 rides and found he did not liking the positioning of the pedals being so far back. Wishing he would have gotten the EveryJourney instead for lower to the ground and more forward pedal position. If he would have purchased directly from sixthreezero, they would have paid shipping to return it and he could have gotten the Every Journey instead.
Very difficult assembly - instructions were not the correct ones for the bike and "tools" sent with the bike were incorrect as well. Brought to a bike shop and they were able to assemble.
Don't do it!
Below are some positive reviews about Sixthreezero 21 Speed Comfort Bicycle Wheels
I was looking for a bike that is easy on the knees, and low impact due to the fact that I have a bad back. I got my bike close to a week ago, and have been using it to commute every single day this week! I was anxious about riding every day of the week, but this bike takes all the impact, and you just get to enjoy the ride! I haven't had any discomfort, and looking forward to my work commute every day! Additionally I love the design and the bike rack! I just ordered a bike pannier and once I have that, my perfect bike will be complete :^) Would really recommend this bike to anyone that is looking for a bike that is gentle on the joints.
Overall, it is a great bike. Very comfortable and adjustable. It has features that cost significantly more on other models from other brands. The assembly instructions are not the most intuitive if you're not super familiar with bike assembly. It was only after i got frustrated after popping a brake cord crimp that i went online to watch a video of someone assembling a bike that i realized you need to (a) pull out the brake line and (b) the front wheel bolts sit on the outside of the front-Y, not the inside. One of the nuts for the rear platform was in so tight it stripped trying to loosen it.Overall, great bike that is fantastic for paved and dirt bike paths
Not an easy assembly, but doable. The bike had a persistent "thunk" on each power stroke, and only from the right hand side. Took it to the bike shop, they say probably crank bearing not tight, they could get to it in two weeks.I had about decided that I hated the bike because the noise was such a distraction.Last night I came home from a two hour ride, and switched the right pedal for another from my old bike. Problem solved.A bad pedal bearing.
