Below are some critical reviews about Electric Removable Mountain Powerful AluminumI bought this bike in June 2020. What a mistakeThis bike is super heavy especially for a person of my height ( 5’4)and to get it out of my house by just pushing it it was a challenge. The first time i sat on it i had to put the saddle to the lowest possible but I was still on my toes ( too high!) The saddle is really uncomfortable. When I started to ride the bike ( I didn’t find any instructions as how to use the electric speed for a beginner!) I was surprised to see that the acceleration was backwards it was hard to adjust and many times I messed up and it was scary. I will use the pedals to push myself to exercise but when there were a hill I would put on the engine and pedal at the same and that’s when I got so so scared and I felt this bike was dangerous. If you use both together all of a sudden out of nowhere the bike accelerates on its own and it is really hard to stop the speed so I had to turn off the engine. I was really scared since I didn’t feel I was in charge of the bike and it was so hard to stop I was afraid to get into a car accident or hurt a person or not being able to stop at a red light. It was really freaky! So I had to spend my time turning on and off the engine to be safe so I can get back home. I don’t recall being so stressed out to ride a bike, I had no pleasure riding it I felt Completely unsafe. It says also it is a folding bike really? I had my husband helping me to try to fold it after removing the battery it was impossible! It should mention that this bike is not for “ petite” but tall and strong people. This bike is really fast too fast for a first time user. As much as I wanted to enjoy it for the Summer I can’t what a bummer. I wouldn’t recommend to buy this bike before trying it on.
Some damage with shipping which is probably not the fault of the seller. Customer service was a bit slow but they helped out to get me riding. As for the bike, its pretty amazing. I haven't purchased a bike in years and felt I wanted something different. This bike literally takes the hard part of riding and make everything so much fun. I've been riding everyday. The pedal assistance makes things a lot easier.Update 8/20/2020: I haven't been able to ride for a month now. Having the difficulty of not being able to talk to customer service when I am awake has made this a bit of a struggle. Breaks have also been a issue. My controller seems to have died. I've been having a lot of issues with this expensive bike.Update 9/10/2020 Got my controller in the mail. Installed it myself was just plug and play and works again. So far so good. Back to the fun.
The bikes came damaged and are also not working correctly. They appear to have three modes of power settings but only work in one mode. They engage uncontrollably when peddeling and don't stop once you stop peddling. They are very dangerous. I have reached out to the seller on four different occasions to work out a solution and they remain non-responsive.

I REPAIRED THE MINOR DAMAGE MYSELF. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION WHERE NOT CLEAR.BE CAREFUL WITH THE PROPER ASSEMBLY OF THE FRONT WHEEL WITH THE CORRECT ORIENTATION OF THE SPRING AND PLASTIC NUTS.
First the instructions are very limited. Watch a few you tubers do it. I believe it has great welding quality and it appears to be a nice bike. I only do not like that the low PAS setting goes too fast for a cruiser. I am trying to find a way to slow down the low speed. But, the throttle can be used to ride slow and the brake lever disconnects the PAS drive. My 6km/h button does not work unless I hold it and they are sending me a new one. The packaging is great and the seller is anxious to help. Very good deal in my opinion and I have done a lot of research. It also works well as a pedal only bike and shifts easily.
The sell was VERY cooperative, slight problem, I contacted seller and he resolved my concern! I use my bike for going to the beach, stores n just pleasure.
